Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling

Went beyond fixing/turning on Aprilaire humidifier attached to two year old furnace furnace (that had never been turned on from another company). They fixed problem and educated me how they fixed it. In addition, they showed me things I need to check in future, as well as get yearly furnace inspection, to keep from future problems. Appreciated their checking out furnace without being asked (in addition to fixing/turning on humidifier for house).

Team came in and reviewed my unit and completed the installation in a very timely, friendly and professional manner. Explained operation and cleaned up everything. Great work. Haven't price shopped or operated until to be able to give 5s on value.

I've never heard of Perfect temp until today. I'm a new homeowner and my furnace went out. I used homeadvisor to try to find someone to help me. Perfect Temp had great reviews, was speedy to reply. They were very understanding to the urgency of my situation, explained the problem in detail and had my heat running within a very short time. Very friendly and very knowledgable. We had a problem early in the day. our house had carbon monioxide reading on our alarm system. our furnace was not working. we got such prompt service. we are very impressed with the speed at which he came to our house, figured out what the problem was and prevented a real tragedy. we can not thank Perfect Temp for their expertise and knowledge. we had a new furnace installed by the end of the day. the price was very fair. the service was amazing. we can not thank him enough. The technicians from Perfect Temp Heating and Cooling were very knowledgeable and competent. I hired them for a fall inspection for peace of mind that my furnace would be ready for winter heating. They filled out a detailed form on the condition of all the basic components of my furnace clearly telling me the state of my furnace and any recommendations they had. They answered all of my questions and were thorough in inspecting all areas of the functioning of the furnace. I recommend them.

Only offer Lennox related products. Was sort of my only downside to working with them as I would have been interested in comparing a few brands, but otherwise they were prompt, flexible, and courteous. Made an extensive drive out to my place and were still super nice about it! I do recommend them. They replaced a pretty old furnace so extending my duct and adjusting some electrical routing was required and they were really good about it! Did find a few sheet metal pieces on the driveway and a screw, so I would just suggest they use a magnet or check a little more carefully if possible.

Even answered the phone on the 4th of July. Came out the next day and resolved the issue. Professional and courteous. They ll be my first call the next time I need this kind of help.

Was on time and finished project and was of good quality. Fixed some minor wiring that was not part of the job. I would recommend them.

Returned my call immediately. Despite a heat wave and I'm sure being very busy, they came within hours and fixed my AC in a matter of minutes. Turned out I had an earwig bug blocking the current. They were honest about the problem and charged me minimally for the repair, so I highly recommend them. Its great to deal with a service who showed honesty and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them and I will trust them for all future maintenance and/or repairs!

I went online Mon nite, they called me within 10 mins, came out the next day & fixed the air at a very reasonable price

Had a low freon test done. Slightly low. Added a stop leak to system. Added puron to system. I will not know what the outcome of the stop leak fix will be for the immediate future, but a system that wasn t working much at all is now working as it should. House temp and humidity are as they should be. Unit is cycling as normal. Received some tips to improve system longevity and all in all this veteran owned business was timely, knowledgeable and fair, unlike some I have dealt with.
