They were very pleasant to deal with but it was difficult when the price doubled because apparently the blower motor was a short staffed motor and that couldn’t be determined by the brand and style of the furnace. I was dealing with a very busy landlord who has been very good to me and I was trying to help but somehow I feel like I made it difficult for him and put him in a position that he was stuck.

Service was excellent! Last Friday (start of a very hot weekend), after several failed attempts by another company and a friend to fix my A/C, I clicked on Home Advisor to find someone local. Within 30 seconds of submitting a request for quote, Dave called me and then texted. He told me his service tech would stop at my house before coming into work so by 8:30 am, one problem was fixed and the larger problem diagnosed. The system had to be replaced - not cheap, but less expensive than the larger company’s quote. Dave installed the system the next day (Saturday) by himself. The system wasn’t cooling as well as I thought it should over the weekend so I called Dave today - he was here and fixed it within a couple hours, He told me I should have called sooner, even if it was a holiday. Thanks, Dave. I will be recommending Perfect Temp to family and friends!

Two very courteous workers showed up for cleaning of my ducts in my house. They had total respect to remove their shoes each time they went out/in the front door and made sure no hoses or anything hit anything in my house at any time. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.

He is very prompt with calling you back if you leave a voice mail and will call you if he is going to be late or any other reason. I like that in a company. Explains reason why my furnace is not working in detail.. I will call him again and will also refer him to anyone asking if I know a good furnace company or any other thing they need repaired.

Dave came out on a Sunday to fix our A/C without charging extra. He was professional and completed the job quickly. Plus he's a Veteran. Will use him again and have recommended him to others.

My furnace flame rollout switch failed but he used it as a reason to scare me that my heat exchanger cracked. I finally bought a bunch of CO detectors to put in my house and replaced the flame rollout switch myself, every thing back to normal He responded first, but charged higher than if I can wait for Axberg to come to check it.
