Dave was willing to come to our house on a Saturday to help us out. We had contacted other companies that offered "emergency services" not on Angie's List - they never called us back-we learned our lesson to use Angie's List. He was professional, diagnosed the problem right away, and he didn't gouge us with exorbadant service fees for coming out on a Saturday. We are going to have him back to clean out our ducts later this spring. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with furnace/air conditioning issue.

Finding him was easy. I negotiated furnace and ac units to get the best value for me. Then after getting quote from him that I printed for him to sign when I paid half down ( as he did not bring contract or receipt ) to give me for $2500 I paid him... I did this as I felt I needed some kind of proof that I paid out the money Then, a few weeks after that on day of agreed upon install date he called me and wanted 1000.00 more dollars because the distributor had "raised their price" and he said he "would not work for free". Is that MY, the customers problem?? I did not agree to the increase as It was not my fault.....then after much admonishment to me, by him, he said "would just do the job and learn from it".... so we had to reschedule...because he did not order the AC and it was not in the warehouse...then it rained and we had to reschedule again...Install day came....he was here from 10 AM til 1030 PM as he could not get AC to turn on....He left and said he would call customer service for the units the next day and would try to come back then. That next morning I let my dogs out and they came in smelling like chemicals....I went to the back yard and there was oily freon all over the walk way and the grass...look it up....it came from a unit that was over 17 years old...IT IS TOXIC OIL...that SHOULD HAVE BEEN remidiated!!! It was very late when they left the night before so I was unable to see all that was done...see picture of yard....yes...those dark splotches are OIL FREON..TOXIC....I texted him he told me to go get simple green and use water... Then he texted me back telling me the ac problem was my electric....that it was my problem....even though the other unit worked just fine a few days previous...and there was 220 out there...he told me further, that he could NOT help me with that and so I was forced to call and electrician. The electrician came and said the power was fine but the box outside was old and could be unreliable so he changed it out....$150.00. I called Perfect Temp back and told him...about the electrician visit...he responded with "I didn't do the right thing I should have let him do it...that I was making things bigger than they needed to be....AFTER HE TOLD ME he couldn't do it! SERIOUSLY!!...he told me he would come back the next day to finish up....meanwhile also he left the old AC unit in my yard by the curb and all of the packaging here.....telling me a "picker " would get it....no "pickers" in my neighborhood....So because he told me I would have to enter my own warranty info I began to do that and found out he installed a 951A Not a 951E as was quoted and signed for by me...he installed the lower grade furnace unit without informing me!!! See pictures of contracts ..the one that is signed and the one he printed when he finally finished....the components ARE NOT THE SAME! I was blamed for that too......I was told it was a typo....when the correct number in noted in every piece of email and text from me...NOT a typo......then after they left the last time I looked at everything and they did not connect the draw for the furnace to the exterior of the house...the pipe is not connected and drawing air from the basement...see picture.... He should have eaten the cost of the electrician as his friend that torn out the AC admitted today that he did not check the power source...again NOT my fault.....He did however go get more cleaner to try and clean up more of the freon in my yard and they did take their garbage and the ac unit...I only had to ask 2 more times.............................I fed them and was very hospitable....Keep in mind this is a professional.... He is a nice guy....but seriously.....spending that kind of money and getting what I got from him and what I have had to go through...not such a great deal.

I wouldn't hire this company again. After purchasing a deal on Angie's List, I called to set up an appointment and received no response to my message. I emailed through the company's website and again received no response. I then emailed through Angie's List and said that if we couldn't set up a date, I wanted a refund on the deal. The response said A/C appointments would start in May (this was April) and that I could schedule any time/date. So I requested May 4 at 2 p.m. but said I'm flexible. No response or confirmation. On May 4, I emailed and asked if they're coming. Response said yes, but that it would be later, around 2:30/2:45. He emailed at 3 to say he was on his way, would be there in 25 mins, which would be about 3:30. At 5 (yes, five), having heard nothing, I emailed again: Are you coming? He said he was on his way. When he arrived at about 6, he was sincere in his apologies, saying he'd had a terrible day in which nothing had gone right. He seemed genuinely frustrated. He checked the A/C and showed me numbers on his phone and said I had a freon leak and that because the unit is 14 years old, they don't make the freon it requires anymore, so the system would have to be flushed to replace what's in there with a different kind. I pointed out that the house is only seven years old, so the A/C unit can't be 14 years old. He seemed confused by that, checked an inspection sticker on the unit and looked at his numbers again, then said he'd read the meter wrong, everything is fine. He seemed sincere with his embarrassment and apologies, so it very well could have been an honest mistake. If I hadn't paid ahead of time for the deal on the service, I would have moved on long ago to another company. Hopefully, this was just a bad day for this company, but that was my frustrating and not-so-great experience.

Repair was done quickly and at a low cost. Will definitely hire again very happy with my experience

First time I've had this done and I was extremely happy with the results. I never imagined that much junk was in my air ducts.
