With each job that Robert and his crew have done for us, we found that he was extremely professional, courteous, timely, and if there were issues or problems he always discussed them with us before proceeding. Robert is our go-to-person when we have items that need correction for our old house and we will continue to be that person we depend upon. (Retired in Rockford).

Excellent - floors came out great. They are durable and look great. Robert arranged to do floors on our off hours of business so any noise, smell or dust could be contained and cleaned up prior to next days business.

The job went great considering I hired Robert to complete multiple projects, based on our great experience with him last year, building our new deck, fence and sidewalk. He is very consciences and particular about his workmanship, extremely neat and courteous, he was working here for quite a while due to the scope of the project and was always on time and working when he said he would be here.. He handled everything perfectly and kept me informed as to his schedule and what would be done next. I would highly recommend Robert for any type of interior or exterior remodeling project, his prices are fair and the work is great.

Robert at Mindset Construction did an excellent job on each of the 3 projects I hired him to complete. He first constructed a new deck, the deck is beautiful and the job went perfect. He then installed a new wood privacy fence, again attention to detail and the quality of his work is great. Finally he installed a new concrete sidewalk from the garage door to the new deck. The sidewalk is perfect, like the other projects he completed for me, the quality of his craftsmanship is great. Robert always kept me informed of his schedule, he was always on time each day he was scheduled to work, he was very easy to work with, and his prices are competitive in the market. I would absolutely hire them again and we are starting discussions for another project. I have already recommended him to my son to do some work for him too. We were very happy with the expertise of Robert and his crew. He was honest about the price and different things that could happen. His crew were skilled and did a good job in cleaning up daily. We would definitely use them again.
