I had additional work done, I agreed to have door spring replaced @ $130 fee however I was an additional fee of $60 for something, I cant read description. My question is, what was the $63 charged to my Discover Card for???

The technician was very knowledgeable in all aspects of garage door maintenance and parts. He worked with ease and professionalism. It was amazing to see him work and check the garage door. He was prompt and courteous. The door works smoothly and with ease after the technician made the proper adjustments. I highly recommend this company for garage repair.

Called them to come out for estimate, they were there the following day, told me what I needed and we're back the next morning to fix my door. They did great work and were wonderful people to work with.

I sent an e mail on Sunday afternoon and they had returned my call before I could return to work on Monday morning. They called a second time by 9am on Monday. We set an appointment for the work to be done along with a cost. They arrived ten minutes ahead of the time they were scheduled to show up. The work was done quickly and professionally at the agreed upon cost over the phone. There is no need for me to call any other garage door company if I have a problem again. Loves Park Garage Door will get any work that I need in the future.

Wonderful ... Better than one would think .... A+++++ Lets just say Ken WOWed Me! He was here right on time and was done in no time! He actually had to wait for me as I was around the corner having breakfast. I was told they would be here from Noon to 1PM, and he was here right at noon. I called in a late Friday night to find someone to replace the broken spring on our garage door. Last night, my wife came home from work and the garage did not go up. After inspecting it I saw one of the springs broke. I made a couple of calls (this company was my 2nd) to find someone to replace the broken spring. I spoke to a person on the phone and made the appointment. Fast forward to this morning. I went out for breakfast, figuring I had time as the "service guy" never shows up on time. Well I was wrong. I was just walking out to my car from breakfast, and my phone rang. It was Ken, he was at the house and it was 12:01PM. Wow, right on time and now he had to wait for me. I was just around the corner from my house so I was home in 5 minutes. He went right to work and was done in under 30 minutes. He was very pleasant, knew what had to be done. It was well worth the service call as there was no way I could have done it that fast and correctly. I know now who I will recommend and call for garage door service again. With out a doubt!!
