On May 15th 2014 I contacted Dave Hall of House360 to quote and build a 12' X 25' deck. Dave had a rough quote sent to me later that afternoon and set an appointment to get measurements the next day. On May 16th 2014 Dave came to the house and took measurements. On May 18th Dave came to the house again to receive the first half of his payment and to sign a contract. Dave told me that his crew would be out to do the work by the end of the following week (May 23rd). On May 23rd Dave never showed up with his crew. I spent the day calling him and leaving voice mails. Dave finally called me back and told me that he had fallen behind in his work and he would contact me on Tuesday June 3rd to schedule the crew. Dave never contacted me on the 3rd. Dave would not answer or return my calls. I finally got an email from him on June 13th stating that he was working in Chicago and that he would call me on Sunday to schedule the crew. Dave never called me on Sunday and ignored my calls and messages. Dave finally contacted me by email again on June 19th and stated that he was still behind in his work and that he would send my deposit back to me. It took Dave from June 19th until July 6th to refund my deposit. On July 7th Dave sent me another email asking me to hold his check for one week because he did not have the funds available to cover it. I was finally able to cash the check he gave me on July 14th. Dave also operates under the company name of DeckWorks
