They did a great job repairing the wall and installing a new door. Even went out of their way to make sure everything blended and was textured correctly.

Did not install faucets correctly in 3 of 4 faucets replaced. Did not respond after work done to come fix issues. 1 sink (pedestal) leaks now and two others clog and stoppers are extremely difficult to work if at all. I doubt they are still in business as they do not return calls or messages left.

C & M properties are very professional and on time. I will have them back again in the New Year.

Very knowledgeable & professional, excellent quality work. Saved me well over $1000 of unnecessary work that was recommended by a different company. I initially inquired about a drywall job but hired them to do plumbing work as well and ultimately the worst plumbing problem and associated drywall work weren't even necessary. They saved me from cutting a hole in my ceiling and the estimated $1000+ cost associated with it. My two minor plumbing problems were also fixed below a competitor's estimate and I also had additional preventative work done as well. All work done was top notch and appointments were kept punctually. I'd definitely recommend and will use again for some remodeling projects in the future.
