Description of Work: Installed a new roof and gutters

Description of Work: Spliced out 2 sewer pipe seals. Spliced out shingles and removed old seal. Installed new seal, hard PVC, brace pipes. Cleaned and hauled scrap. Initially, service was fast. Mr. Dagnon came out very quickly to look at what we thought was the roof leaking into a downstairs bathroom (but found out after paying for the roof that it was actually our bathtub faucet in the upstairs bathroom directly above). He showed us a picture of a pipe on our roof that looked quite damaged with tiles around it that appeared to be sloppily cut with a box cutter. He explained how he had seen a lot of poor roof work done and so we decided to go ahead with the repairs. He showed us some of his work, which looked quite nice. He started that evening and came back the next morning to finish the job. The pipes looked nice and new. The color didn't match, but we were made aware of this in the beginning. The problem came a couple of weeks later when a heavy rain led to water leaking into our home from the ceiling. This was the first time we had experienced water leaking from the ceiling after rain. Our kitchen ceiling, which was directly below one of the pipes that were replaced, had water stains on it. Our upstairs bathroom had water coming from the fan's vent on the ceiling, also directly below a pipe that was repaired, and leaked onto the toilet and floor. When we called back to have someone come out to investigate, we also explained that we had never experienced this before when it rained and that it only happened after the roof repair and below two pipes that were worked on. This time, service was not so fast. We spoke with a lady, who I must say was very kind and respectful with each call, and left messages for Mr. Dagnon and heard nothing back. We called and called and many days had passed before we actually received a response from Mr. Dagnon. It had gotten so bad that my husband decided to call (I had been doing all of the calling previously). We were told that someone would get back to us, and still nothing. Mr. Dagnon's son eventually called and said that they would come, however, another job that they were working on took longer than expected and they couldn't make it. Mr. Dagnon was sure to apologize for the delay and explained that he had a ton of emails from customers and was basically backed up. He finally came out and took a hose up on the roof to check for leaks. I could hear water running on the roof. I honestly don't remember where he said he placed the hose. He went on to say that sometimes working on someone's roof can expose other problems from a previous roofer's mistake, which was why he didn't offer us a warranty. Mr. Dagnon seemed like an overall nice man. He offered a lot of tips and advice and was easy to talk to. He assured us that he would not risk damaging his business for $720.00. Dagnon Building and Roofing may very well be a great company, but I don't know what to say. I write this today, as the rain pours down and I see the water stain appear again on my kitchen ceiling. I honestly have no idea of what happened up there on our roof.

Description of Work: DOUG REPAIRED STORM DAMAGE ON OUR DORMER ROOFING. WE HAD USED HIM BEFORE TO TAKE CARE OF A PERSISTENT ROOF LEAK THAT ONE OF THE BIG-NAME ROOFERS DID NOT DO PROPERLY. HE EXPLAINS THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION, AND THEN HE FIXES THE PROBLEM. AND IT'S RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WORTH THE MONEY AND, IF NECESSARY, THE WAIT DURING BUSY SEASON.

Description of Work: I had hail damage to my roof. Dagnon Roofing removed the old roofing and reroofed the house.
