 + -1 moreChris was great. She was friendly and really knew the business. She told me what to look for and is to return in3weeks to check on things. She did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I liked her.
Description of Work: I had a mouse problem in my house for the first time since I moved here ten years ago. I called cris at the bug lady and she came out two days later. She did an expect ion of my home and asked what was new. I had had my kitchen remodeled in the spring and had the furnace replaced one month ago. Although I thought that the mice might be getting in through the garage, she did not think so. Upon inspecting the basement ant the outside of the house she found an opening around the hoses going out to the air conditioner an the electric meter. She plugged the holes and set poison around where rodent droppings were seen.

She explained in detail what she was going to do, the nature of the products that she was going to use, and how quickly we should expect to the treatment to have an effect. She arrived on time and explained again what she would be doing and using. Each treatment took her about 1 hour to apply. Her charges were very reasonable, she was professional in every way in her dealings with us and she's a nice person. I would not hesitate to call her again for any pest control issue even though I hope I never have to.
Description of Work: We had tiny ants invade our home (I guess this is not unusual for this time of year). Not a huge infestation but enough to be annoying. Chris Mei came out and applied an environmentally-friendly treatment with a follow-up several weeks later. Problem solved immediately with no further issues.

 + -1 moreChris is the name of the person. I would give her an A overall. She was great. She was jovial and joked around. She was very pleasant to deal with. She had a bugs tattoo as a walking advertisement.
Description of Work: I used Bug Lady Pest Control. We had some carpenter ants and she sprayed to treat that.

She answered all my questions and provided additional information regarding the pesticides vis a vis my pets and food plants (tomatoes etc.) Reasonably priced, did not try to sell me any product or service I do not need. I will definitely continue to utilize her and highly recommend her to anyone needing pest control or extermination.
