+ -1 moreThe job went well. They were satisfactory. They were not the best that I have ever had but not the worst. They didn't really do a real top notch clean-up job, but the work looked pretty good. I would probably not use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI'm still waiting for the first big rain, but am confident that the new flat roof will be water tight.
Description of Work: When the 17' x 17' flat roof over the addition started leaking, I called four roofers (all highly recommended by friends or neighbors) for estimates. Instead of a casual "I'll stop by sometime this week" Augy set a day and time to come for the estimate, and was right on time. Two other roofers said they'd send the estimates - one took two weeks, the other still hasn't sent it, but Augy and one other roofer gave detailed written estimates on the spot. Their prices were identical. We chose Augy because he proposed using better materials, including a seamless rubber roofing surface, as opposed to rolled roofing, which would have required seams. They arrived promptly, were polite (quiet, no smoking), worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were done in about three hours. Augy also inspected the shingled part of my roof and said it was fine. And the final price was $500 less than the original estimate!
