.The provider arrived on time, was friendly and professional, asked about any pets because the door would be open. He vacuumed the pieces carefully and then shampooed them. He advised us about when we could sit on them. He also gave us an carpet cleaning estimated at my request. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and scheduled us as we requested.

All Season's Carpet Cleaning is the best in the area! They are knowledgeable, courteous, and fair. It is always nice knowing that I will be happy with a cleaning job. If there is a persistent stain, they will come back until it is taken care of.

This is a 4th experience with All Seasons Carpet Cleaning. They do a great job of cleaning the carpets, but they also strip and wax linoleum flooring with attention to detail. They show up right on time, do a nice job, and don't cost an arm and a leg. And they're very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend them. They were pretty amazing. They were very thorough. They fixed even a pretty bad stain in our house. They were able to patch it up. They were very courteous and professional. I don’t remember them being unreasonable. They called when they were running late. They even gave us a discount because they were late.

It was okay. They were able to clean one room just fine, but the second room, the bedroom, they were not able to clean as well. They were not able to get all the stains out and were only able to do one room well. They said they would give a discount for not being able to do the bedroom, but my realtor had called them again and then unfortunately they charged me again for that too. Ultimately they were not able to clean the room at all. I just called any made the appointment, that's all. I think they were fair for the price.

Everything went well. They were prompt, efficient and and did a god job.

Convenient. Did the work without me taking off work. Let me mail them a check after the job. Hard to judge how well they did. My wife found stains, that we took out later, in basement carpet, and it still doesn't smell great. She's convinced they didn't touch downstairs.

I called..... they came as scheduled ... Justin does a GREAT job. We are thrilled that we found All Seasons for our carpet cleaning. We have used them in the past and will continue too.

I actually had them clean my carpets in July. The carpet had heavy pet stains. When they finished, the carpet looked great, but within a week or so, the stains had wicked back to the carpet surface. I was going to write it off to a bad experience, but last week -- a full two months after they cleaned the carpets -- I received a general flier in the mail that indicated they guaranteed their work. I thought it was worth a try to see if they'd re-do the carpet, and they did. This time, they used an anti-wicking treatment on it. I'm hoping that helps -- right now, the carpet looks fabulous -- but regardless, I was impressed that they came back out and cleaned a second time at no charge.

They can over and gave me an estimate which included the discount. There estimate was about $350 for the entire house. I will never purchase a coupon again from Angies list. And hope to get my money back. Another carpet cleaner who I had used before, came over and did my whole house for $99. later I was called by them asking me about the review I gave them. They explained to me that the Angie discount hadn't been applied and that there was a misunderstanding. The discount I was given originally was not the Angies list discount and the final price would have been much lower by the discount less the amount I paid for the discount.

My friend's cat had been making messes on her carpet. I recommended All Season's to get the smell out.They did a great job but the cat smell still remained a little bit. Cat pee is the most difficult smell to get out of carpet. It was better, she was happy with them, and will use them in the future.

I have it done once or twice a year. I thought their price was a little high, but they do a good job. You get what you pay for. They are very friendly, they take their time, and they do an excellent job, so I can't complain. I wish they were a little cheaper.

Luke came at the exact time of the appointment. He was very thorough and very professional. He even gave me booties for going up and down the stairs until they dried and he also left a bottle of spot cleaner.

All Seasons did an excellent job. They arrived on time, assessed the job, and thoroughly explained the process, options, and cost. The cleaning went very well. They even helped move some of the larger pieces of furniture. They were very professional. We had an a spill on the carpet involving blueberries and Carmel one week after the cleaning. All Seasons came back twice to remove the large spot on the tan living room carpet at no cost. I highly recommend All Seasons Carpet Cleaning.
