I really appreciate your comment and understanding. We state and believe that we deliver "The Most Thorough Carpet Cleaning Ever", but there are rare occasions when it make not look that way. Heavily worn carpet is damaged and doesn't reflect light like it did when it was new. Even after we remove all the soil, damaged carpet will still look damaged. This is why it's important to regularly vacuum and clean carpet. We still clean heavily worn carpet to keep it healthy (it is a filter in your home after all), but at that point we can't make look like new.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, bedroom, hallway and stairs. | |I was disappointed in the living room carpet. It looks like it was not even cleaned. It had a traffic area that needed cleaned and it didn't even look different after it dried. Disappointed. The upstairs rooms looked good though. I have cleaned it with my bissell and looked better than that before...
