Steven came out promptly and gave us suggestions. In showroom showed us samples and plans. Work competed on time. All subcontractors, Dan & Mike, Derek and Jason, painters and dry wall installer all professional and personable. Pleasure to work with all of them. Enjoy the extra space, improved lighting and easy closing cupboards and drawers

Within a week of calling, Steven came out and assessed the bathroom. Offered suggestions and recommendations and gave us a couple options. A week later, we came into the showroom, saw the drawings, saw some possibilities that never occurred to us, and picked out samples from his extensive collection to take home. His quote was reasonable. He is very detail-oriented and organized. The schedule he made was followed exactly. The guys were great—friendly, efficient and kept the mess to a minimum. It only took two weeks to rip out and install a beautiful, transformed bathroom which we are enjoying very much. SO glad we had them do it! The whole experience was so smooth and not too stressful.

Totally satisfied. Measurements were taken and product lines selected. Within a week, we were given a highly detailed 8-page proposal that included a calendar listing specifically when each stage of the project would be done. There were no loose ends or "approximations". The sub-contractors were all very professional and did great work. Each stage of the project was done exactly on schedule. The only reason I gave a "B" grade for price is because I suspect we could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but having it done right and on time is well worth the cost. We would certainly use All American again.

All contractors were there when they said they would be. Materials were in great shape. Everyone was personable, friendly, & professional.

Everything was done on time, even finished before due date! All workers were professional, friendly and trustworthy. All did excellent work; I have no complaints whatsoever. Steve designed the bathroom for me, and worked with me to choose all of the tile, fixtures, and cabinets. The general contractors, Dan Turman and his son Mike Turman were awesome -- they made sure everything was done perfectly. I had plastic plumbing, so a special plumber had to be hired - Cory W. -- he was awesome as well. Another fabulous father/son team, Derek & Jason Dill, installed the tile, which is beautiful -- they even did a special touch with a pipe they had to work around and made it look like a tiled column. I'm very pleased with all of the work. The shower glass walls & door look great too.

All American was easy to work with and unlike some of the designers we worked with they were flexible and interested in our ideas. Overall they did a great job and were very easy to work with throughout the project and we are very happy with the results

The project always stayed on schedule. Everyone who worked on it was highly skilled & very professional. It looks great.

I have worked with Steve before and so I contacted him. He scheduled the time and laid out what would happen each day if the install. As before the job went smoothly & the finished bathroom is wonderful.

Steve and his sub-contractors couldn't have been more professional. He covered every detail with us in advance to make sure everything was what we wanted. He has great ideas and helped us work within our budget. Every worker that was in our home was neat, polite, and timely. Terry the tile guy even vacuumed the entire master bedroom carpet and swept up the bathroom because of the dust involved in demolition and re-tiling. I had no worries about them being in our home when we weren't home. They were respectful of our time and property. Definitely would have Steve and his crew do other work for us in the future.

One cabinet was damaged in transit and was replaced later. No hassel. Steve was very professional and the prices were very competitive.

Steve Jones and his crew were always on time and did what they said they were going to do. Steve camp up with the design , which we love. When we do our bathrooms, I will be calling him.

Stephen helped us with design choices and made recommendations, but also advised against things we really didn't need. We had a schedule of services so we knew what to expect. It went well and our kitchen is beautiful.

The estimate process went fairly smoothly. We did not get the work done, because we had a specific budget we had to stick too.

It all went extremely well. They actually started earlier than previously scheduled and finished within the expected time frame. Very neat and clean, leaving things in perfect order upon completion each day. We are very happy with the quality and look of our new bathroom. We had two minor things that we saw were missing (door stop wasn't back on, etc.) and these things were taken care of the very next day. Highly recommend this contractor.

I met with Steve Jones at his showroom and he outlined price and timelines. Victor, the installer, came on time and did the work exactly as outlined. I was impressed by the process and friendliness.

Steve came out to measure and discuss what we wanted in the new kitchen. He let us know estimated cost to redo everything. We then went to the office and we talked about counters, cabinets and more detail about kitchen needs and wants. The next time we went in he gave us the cost of everything, the layout, payment schedule and detailed dates of what was happening when. They showed up on the day they were suppose to, first thing in the morning and ready to work. Work proceeded faster than said and thankfully they were able to tile the floor while we were out of town. They communicated well and worked with my desire to put stove in while we were waiting for counter tops. Finished ahead of schedule and came right out when we had a small problem. I recommend they to anyone who wants to redo their kitchen

Remodeling is always an inconvience. If you go into a kitchen remodel knowing that it will be 2 months and you won't have a kitchen to use or that you'll have dust EVERYWHERE for a couple of weeks, you'll be fine. All the guys were very nice to work with. Steve checked in regularly to view the progress. If we had a concern or something wasn't right they were easy to get a hold of and corrected the issue straight away. For example, the one set of cabinet shelves were the wrong size. We let them know and the were reordered and sent directly to our home. They kept their work area clean (well, as clean as you could). I would definately recommend them.

They did everything on the promised timeline. The bid sheets were thorough so that you knew exactly what you were getting and the various costs. The subcontractor workers were the best. Viktor Muhka and Vladamir (?) were true artisans. They were all very professional, polite and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to have them do other projects.

Though the vanity, sink and faucet arrived early, All American held the items in their truck for several days until the installation because I did not want the cardboard boxes stored in the house. On the day of installation, Steve and Clyde arrived on time just after 8 am, Steve helped un-box and deliver the unit; the vanity was unboxed outside and carried into the house upstairs into the bathroom. Removal went well, the old vanity and all accompanying items were carried outside for trash pickup. The installer, Clyde, was very professional, knowledgeable. diligent, quiet and answered any questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. If he had a cell phone with him, I never heard it, nor, if he had one, did he appear to use it. Installation was expected to take up to 6 hours. Clyde completed the installation and clean up by 12 noon. He is scheduled to return briefly to install a cut tile next to the vanity in a very narrow area between the vanity and woodwork.

Install went well. Clyde was professional and was here everyday when he said he would be. After the tear out and install of the cabinets Clyde set it up so I could use my sink for the 10 days while we were waiting for the countertops to be made and then installed. After the countertops were installed Clyde came back and completed all the finishing touches in 1 day. I had Homecrest cabinets in Hickory installed and laminate countertops. The cabinets look very nice, with a clean bright finish and the drawers have the nice slow close feature.

I went to the Rockford Home Show and came back talking about remodeling one of our bathrooms. However, my wife of nearly 40 years informed me that she always wanted to remodel the kitchen ( so much for communication). We decided to replace the counter tops (cabinets were in good shape), replace the appliances, sink and tile. After checking out several companies, we settled on All American Kitchens. We chose Steve because of his experience and the way he approached the job. Unlike some companies he did not "Tell us what we needed", He took the time to understand what we wanted. Steve made suggestions, told us about products, talked about alternatives, and then let us decided what was best for us. We sat down and scheduled such things as: tear out of counter tops, delivery of appliances, installation dates, etc. Steve said once started, the project would take 5 days. Surprise -- It took 5 days !!!! It did not go on and on like you the horror stories you hear about remodeling. The work was very professional. Victor and crew did an excellent job. During the job, Steve often came to make sure everything was OK. We highly recommend Steve and All American Kitchens and Baths.
