Newberg Construction

The sewer line was backing up in the house and I had two companies come out and rod the line. Both said there was a serious problem, even though they could not tell for certain.The quotes they gave me were $3,200 - $5,800. I called Bob from Newberg Construction and he answered on the first call and came out a few hours later. He surveyed the problem area and was receptive to hearing the facts that I had already gathered. I appreciated how he didn't jump to the conclusion that there was a serious problem, and gave me several quotes depending on the issue found. Installing a cleanout was the best solution ($1,882, included the permit cost) and would allow Newberg Construction to confirm if the sewer line was clogged or something more sever. We set a date for the project and Bob took care of the village permit. The crew came out a few days later. They arrived on time, and went right to work. The crew was very thoughtful making sure their equipment didn't damage the lawn. After they opened up the lawn and accessed the sewer line, the line was rodded again just to ensure that it was clean. They found that it was only clogged and not damaged. They installed a 6" cleanout by the sidewalk. Bob did such a great job digging the hole and back filling it, there was no sign of damage or loose dirt on the lawn. I was extremely impressed, and very pleased. The work only took a few hours. I'm incredibly pleased with Newberg Construction and their work. I highly recommend them and would work with them again for other projects.
