+ -1 moreThey were not prepared. They almost damaged a tree. They didn't have any ladders. They had to climb in the tree, which is when they almost damaged it. They broke branches. I almost asked them to stop but because of the weather, I needed them to get it done. I asked him to come back after I told him I was unhappy. He came back by himself within a week to assess my issue. He promised to come back to fix it, but I have not heard from him. He quoted one price, but then changed it. They were late to the appointment. I told them I wanted them to come early on that Monday. They said they would be here at 8:30am, but they didn't come until around lunch time.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out and trim trees.
