Great service, and very qualified staff and dog trainers. We are loving the freedom the fence gives us and the dog. When we had issues, they came back out and worked with us and our dog again. They even came back another time, with their dog, so we could work with our dog and her tendency to break through the fence when there was a dog on the other side.

Very happy. Installation was fast and done extremely well. Wires were routed to in the garage to where they were barely visible. The owner also was a very good trainer and extremely professional.

All went well. We were able to coordinate the installation of a new driveway and the installation of the invisible fence, as the invisible fence wires needed to go under the driveway. We were able to have both the contractors work together for a successful invisible fence installation. The company also helped train the dog and the homeowners. The installation was a success. The installation was clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an invisible fence.

I used DogWatch Hidden Fencing by C No Pet Fencing and it worked out well. I last dealt with them in November and the cost was about $1,100.00 They fixed a hidden fence around the compound. Yhey were very quick to respond to my request and they also did the work when I was available which was great. I would use this provider in the future.

We got the kids a dog for Christmas and, of course, it HAD to be the worse winter in many years! We did not have a fenced yard so we had to take our puppy out on a leash every time. Well that did get tiring after awhile so we decided to look into an invisible fence. I called a few places and C No Pet Fence was very courteous on the phone and were able to give me an instant quote as well as tell me then can install it in winter - as soon as the following week. I thought the price was reasonable considering we have a half acre lot. We decided to proceed and they installed the fence and then one of the owners came and helped train my dog to learn her boundries. She spend a good 2 hours training her and my dog was trained! I am very happy with the fence and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. I have used these providers since our first install back in 1999. They are always very easy to work with and this fence is the best available. They come out if the fence gets cut by landscapers or other diggin and fix the fence, sometimes for no charge. Love em and they are also nearby in Long Grove if I have to get a battery very quickly. I recommend them every chance I get.

Company came in and described the benefits of their product and explained the differences compared to the competition. Described how the process of installation and training would take place and the effects of the new system would have on your pet. Company did exactly as promised and would use them again if needed.

We have had our pet fence for about five years and unlike some of our neighbors who have used competing products, our dog only got out once b/c he wasn't paying attention. A little training and modification to the collar and the problem was fixed. They did an excellent job of training our dog to remain within the confines of the fence. Years later we needed to have some landscaping work done. We received a quote to have the fence properly marked before the landscaping work was done and was told that someone would mark the fence well before the landscaping work was done. After three days of following up, after the lines were not properly marked, we were told that they would not be able to come out before landscaping was done but would not charge us for any repairs needed. Unfortunately our fence would not be operational between the time of the cut and the repairs.

I had considered having wrought iron fencing put around my yard to keep my dog in but didn't want to add the number of gates I would need for neighbors and me to have access in and out of my property. When I found DogWatch Hidden Fencing I was pleased at the lower price, the fact that it is underground and comes with a warranty, and that the company has been around for a long time, family owned, and very responsive. They helped me train my dog when the fence had been put in and assured me they would be available as needed as long as I have the fence. The fence can also be pulled out and moved for a minimum fee to another home if I choose to move. My dog now has freedom to move around the yard but is very aware of the borders that he cannot cross. It's a great thing!

The experience was great. First an employee came out and installed the fence. Then, the owner himself came out and provided us instrucitons on how the fence worked. He performed the first training session with the dog and taught us how to continue with the training. He was excellent and so was the experience with this company.

I thought that Bruce who gave us the quote was a good guy because he explained his system and how it compared to invisible fence. The installation was average. The gentleman they used I felt were not concerned with what my needs were, but what was easy for him to do. That was not in line with what Bruce the owner had told us. He installed the unit initially in the wrong place which was down in the basement. When they girl Kim came to do the training she did a good job, but was not pleased with where the unit was installed. She asked that it be moved into the garage. It took the about two weeks to come back and do that for a variety of reasons. They did install it and come and do a repair for us which was good. It is working well now and we have no issues.

Very simple and easy. No hard sells. Sue responded to my Angie's List request for info within a few hours of my email. She went over the information about the system, how they compare to competitors, what will happen at the install, the training, etc. She really was sincere and helpful and after thinking about it for a few hours, I called her back to schedule. She got us in the next week. The installer, Dennis, was right on time and got the job done quickly. Later that day the trainer, Kim, came out and spent almost 3 hours with me and my 2 dogs. She also had her dog with who helped calm my dogs - she uses him for the training. She went through the equipment as well as how to work with my dogs over the next 2 weeks (leaving a checklist to follow for 2 weeks). I will admit that I couldn't follow the instructions exactly due to having a toddler to deal with so I wasn't able to get out with the dogs as much as the training sheet said. However, it has been a month and I now let my dogs out in the front or back yard without being monitored or out there with them. I can hear if one of them goes past the line and gets zapped because they will yelp and come running back. I know that is a worry of dog owners (the dog not wanting to come back into the yard for fear of getting zapped again)....but my dogs do. And I should note that one dog has gone out of the yard 3 times and the other dog 2 times. This was within the first 3 weeks of having the system. It is now December and they stay in the yard now....even when people walk by with their dogs (which is multiple times every morning and evening). We have a public walking trail behind our yard and a small yard. The dogs now know how far they can go and they run up and along that line. I am happy with my decision to get an invisible fence. I was so tired of the tie down leash and the dogs getting tangled around the trees and bushes. Now I just put on their collars and let them outside.

My experience was very good because of the fact that they were very responsive and they did a good job. They came out when they were supposed to. They came out fast, did their work fast and that was what I needed. I would recommend them.

When we found out we were getting a dog, I asked two of our neighbors with electronic dog fences for recommendations. Both families highly recommended C No Pet Fence. I contacted the company to get an estimate. Bruce came out within a few days of my call to give us a quote to have a Dogwatch Hidden (electronic) Fence installed. Bruce walked the property with me, listened to my concerns and recommended an individualized layout for the fence. He also fully explained how the fence worked, what services would be included in the installation fee, and provided a price list for other things that might be needed in the future (i.e., visits to repair the fence if accidently cut, visits to flag the fence for utility work, cost for replacement batteries for the collar, etc.) There are no hidden costs here! The fence was installed 5 days later. We were taking a family member's 4 yo Golden Retriever to live with us. Once Sassy arrived I called Sue to schedule the training right away. Sue recommended waiting a few days to start the training so that Sassy could first acclimate to our yard and neighborhood. An excellent suggestion! Bruce than came out to do the initial training with Sassy on the fence. He was GREAT with her! Obviously a dog lover! And she responded beautifully. He left very clear detailed, printed instructions for me to follow over the next 14 days to train Sassy on the fence. Both Bruce and Sue were very clear that following these instructions exactly would be the best guarantee that the fence would work. They were RIGHT! She has not challenged the fence once since we completed the training a the end of June 2011. Gives me great peace of mind not to have to worry about leaving her outside alone for awhile! I've also called the company a few times since June with questions about flagging, etc. and they have been very responsive, friendly and helpful.

I wanted to get a quote from a pet fence company for my property which is a suburban lot, approx. 1/2 acre pie shaped. I called the CNPF and asked for a representative to come and give a quote.Kim from C No Pet came out(she arrived promptly after having called to tell me she was on her way) and walked the property with me and met my dog. She asked specific questions regarding my dog's needs, the yard layout, my preferences etc. From this she was able to tell me what system would be best for us and give us an exact quote on install and training. There are a lot of things included (training, collar, leash etc.). I had a very detailed brochure to refer to and Kim also had a list of neighbors for references. ( I didn't need any- everything I have heard about this company has been absolutely wonderful) I could tell from watching Kim work with my 85 pd Lab that she is a great trainer and my dog responded to her really well. This company focuses on the attitude of the animals and their safety and happiness are very much a priority! Since I had already checked out some of the other leading invisible type fence companies I had already decided to go with CNPF. There was never any pressure to purchase and the whole experience was great and done in a timely manner. I then called to schedule the install and was given a choice of dates. The installation went really well. The installer even arrived a little early and walked the yard with me twice to verify where the fence would be laid down etc. He made recommendations etc. then went to work. The entire install took about 3 hours. He installed the base unit and laid the wire w/o problem. The finished product looks very neat and professional (located in my garage.) Yes, the grass gets torn up and with the muddy weather we've been havng it's a tad messy but I know from friends that the grass regrows and you can't even tell where the wire was laid. Kim happened to be the trainer that came approx. an hour after the fence was laid.(I had arranged this prior to install) She showed me everything related to the product and how to use it, adjust, test and care for it. She then had a selection of collars to choose from so you can get one you like for your dog and we proceeded to walk around the property with my dog and "train." Everything went very well and my dog is responding to the fence nicely. I have a very detailed training sheet with instructions to follow and Kim made sure I knew that if I encountered any problems I could call and talk with anyone for answers. You can tell that the people at CNPF are quality people to work with. This is very much a family run business and it shows in their follow up and customer service.

I found the information about C No Pet-Fence from Angie's List then called them. Sue answered my call and gave a thorough explanation about the project, so I modified my plan a little. Then she also gave a quote right away (via satellite according to my address) and sent me a confirm e-mail with all information I needed. Bruce, the trainer is very patient and did a very good job. Even though I had had my dog Molly for only one day before the training, I follow the Bruce's instruction step by step, and Molly is progressing wonderfully. We enjoy it! The overall service is NEAT! Because of this experience I am willing to be a member of Angie's List continously. It is worthy!

We needed the fence b/c we couldn't put a hardscape fence in our front yard and the village was doing construction on our road all summer. The heavy machinery was spooking the animals and they were running. The team was very friendly, explained options for installation, performed the install and did the initial training for pets/owners. The installation person was exceptionally hard-working. The training was a little informal, but very adequate for the needs of our dogs. Very satisfied.
