It took two days and they performed all of the work they said that they would. They cleaned everything up before they left and I am very satisfied with their work. The bricks were old so they couldn't match the color perfectly but it was very close in color and I don't notice it when I walk by.

It went great!! They did a fantastic job. The crew size ranged from 2 to 3 workers during the course of the day. They were no non-sense. I tried to talk to them but they just wanted to tend to their job. On the second day, they came and applied some type of liquid material to the new brick and mortar and then hosed it down. When it dried, the new mortar matched the original mortar perfectly. Art, the contract estimator and also worker, provided a super detailed estimate of what work was going to be done and they did exactly what they promised. Plus they got the necessary Village Permits----our Town is very strict and sometimes they come down **** ** work done without permits. But, that was never an issue with Coast to Coast. I have additional house tuckpointing and interior wall cement work that needs some repair and I will be calling Coast to Coast to help me with that problem. Their price was comparable to another estimate from a different company. Lastly and very important, they gave me a start date and time of arrival. And, they were there on that date and that time.

Wonderful. The team showed up on time. They were neat, professional and polite. They completed the job in one day. We were also thinking we needed a new chimney liner (which was additional cost) but they told us honestly we didn't need one. They are super responsive and I'd hire them again in a minute.

Coast to Coast did an excellent job on tuck pointing the office portion of our office building. The building is approx. 30 years old. The office section of our building (approx. 7K sq. ft.) had water damage to the inside walls due to the bricks and mortar etc. on the outside of the building deteriorating due to rain and snow over the years. Romen came out to our office and spent a lot of time showing us what the problems were and recommending how he would make the repairs. After getting other estimates from other companies, we decided to use Coast to Coast. Work that was done on all three sides of our office building: removed all loose and cracked mortar joints/bricks without damaging the edges of the abutting masonry. Used commercial vacuums during the grinding operation so very little dust/debris was in the air. After cleaning and flushing with water and compressed air, any joints which were cut out were than filled with a special tuck pointing mortar. They grinded out the rust between the rusting I-Beams at the front of our building and sealed them to prevent further rusting. Waterproofed all brick and mortar work to prevent future water from coming inside. To be honest, there was even more work that was done ~ all by hand. This project took about a week. It's now been almost a year, and we have had no problems with water seeping in to the building. The work on the outside of the building (mortar/bricks etc.) matches the original construction, (which is nice).

The work began on time went fast and the crew that worked on my chimneys were fantastic. They fixed a few cracked bricks elsewhere around the house gratis. The brick was an excellent match and the quality looks perfect. They were very good about working around some rainy weather and not pouring caps when the rain was imminent. I really didn't want to do the second chimney until the Summer but when Romen offered a slight discount since the crew was already here I couldn't refuse.

Excellent workmanship. House is an old brick bungalow. Company worked hard to find bricks to match existing bricks. The finish product is beautiful.

The did a wonderful job. The patio door repair replaced an earlier repair made by another company which had been very unsightly (the patch did not match the original). I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. First of all, they did everything correctly and were very patient with us, and they were also the lowest price we found from the vendors on Angie's List that submitted estimates. We had a quote done in October, and they were up front in saying they wouldn't do the work in November because of cold and unpredictable weather, which would dramatically affect the quality of the job. Not all companies I got quotes from were upfront about that and wanted to do the work in November without mention of the weather. Then, for budgeting purposes, we weren't able to do the work until the following fall, and they honored the original quote (which was good for one year). The work was impeccable. I have never seen a crew work so hard in my life. They were on time, very respectful, and they worked like crazy to make everything perfect. And when I say perfect, I mean no one can tell that we had tons of step cracking from foundation issues, rusted lintels, and pitched-in sills. All of these things had caused so much cracking in the brick, and these guys have made it all look like it never happened. And they fixed all of the problems (the foundation work we had done prior to their work, so that was a different company) that caused the cracking. It's been a few months, and everything still looks great. And, bonus, they cleaned the house off AND all of my windows - they were cleaner after the work than before they started. Bravo to Coast to Coast. I have never given this great of a review before and I'm a tough customer, but this is the best company I have used from Angie's List. Highly, highly recommend.
