Very prompt, did not have to wait for them to begin project

Please do not recommend Barry Tucker or Westlake Services under your company name - Angi. I used the app to get quotes for work needed on my stucco/dryvit exterior walls. Barry Tucker is UNETHICAL. He did overestimate the work that was needed for my house and when Oscar and his crew showed up, they denied that my house needed the repairs that Barry mentioned. Barry was in big big hurry for me to write him a check and Zelle money to him. Then he tried to sell me more of his services and said the price of aluminum increased daily and I needed to lock the price immediately. Yes, I felt pressured to sign a project that I did not even need and I am glad that my common sense prevailed and did not sign up for a second project. He never finished the work promised, it was inferior work - the cracks that were fixed on the wall and pavement have already re-appeared and it has only been two months since the repair. By the way, Barry never came back to inspect the work done to check for quality as he said he would. This man is a liar and takes advantage of his customers. He never responded to my inquiries to finish the job and then tried to blame me and said that I never responded to approve the second project. I don't write reviews, but I wish I had read a review like this one before I hired him. Never hire this man or this company. Barry will take your money and will give you estimates for work that is not needed and the workers do not finish the job. The work is mediocre at best, and this company should never be listed under Angi or Thumbtack. Save your money and hire respectable tradesmen. Never hire Barry Tucker. I am so sorry I hired Westlake Services for work to my home.

Quick to complete work. Good quality and communication

Westlake did the work, and did it fairly quickly and well. Clean up was pretty good. Barry was eager that I send him a deposit and the balance by Zelle.

I had them replace a front downspout Barry said np problem, it took them 2 weeks to replace it , when they finished the gutter by my front porch was leaking. I had repeated texted Barry everyday and he had one excused after another the last one was the weather, I texted him that the weather was going to be nice Wed,- Sat. I have not heard anything from him since. I had let him know that if it should rain or snow and it melts the front porch is going to freeze and someone might fall. Pls let me know what I can do

Barry came out at a time that was most convonientfor me, was very prompt, gave a very fair quote, and was very quick with his turnaround to get the project started AND completed. Couldn't be happier from beginning to end with my experience.
