Although Ken was cordial and the carpet installation was finally satisfactory, the installers were highly unprofessional and showed little concern for condo integrity and the safety of the residents. They broke the concrete floor and though they patched it, we were charged extra for their mistake. Most shockingly, they breached open the bedroom windows without asking us and threw out old carpeting from two bedroom windows of our third floor condo. Several senior citizen residents noticed their odd reckless behavior (carpet flying out of the windows into the front of the bldg.) and reported us to the board. We have been penalized. I would think twice before hiring these carpet installers.

Ken did a terrific job installing vinyl floor planks and did all the work himself! He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I would highly recommend him. Ken also sold carpeting to us and supervised the installation and we are happy with this product as well. He followed up with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and his quote was very competitive. Once again, I would highly recommend Ken and his company.

Ken was punctual, professional and did a beautiful job. He put in a plywood underlayment, and an Armstrong floor. He pulled up the quarter round and put them back like you never knew they had been moved. He finished up with metal transitions. Looks great and is wearing very well. We are saving up to get our kitchen floor done next, and perhaps our basement floor too.

I didn't have any problems. The work was done. It was for a rental property so I didn't see it, but the person staying there said it looked nice.

His father had a flooring business in Cicero many years ago, where we first met Ken's family. In more recent years, Ken has removed old flooring and replaced it with new underlayment materials and linoleum in two bathrooms, two kitchens, one hallway. He is very timely, clean and prices are reasonable and a pleasure to work with. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Their workers were excellent. Their pricing was really competitive, they were right in the ballpark.

He beat the price we were quoted at Centry Tile and was easier to work with. Our floor was out of stock at the time to the entire region. Ken tried to get it shipped from Atlanta to get our floor in faster. We appreciated the extra effort and willingness to work with us.

Ken was very responsive both via email and phone and fit his work into my schedule. He listened to my needs (I am preparing home for sale) and brought samples that fit my situation and budget. He measured at this initial visit and sent me a clear and affordable estimate the next day. He arrived on time the day of installation and worked from 9 AM to 4:30 PM--without a lunch break, to get the job done. The flooring looks great! Ken is not only a talented craftsman, but a really nice and helpful guy too. He went out of his way with attention to detail to exceed my expectations! The amount of service and craftsmanship for the price was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend!
