WELL COVERED WINDOW WELLS INC.

Description of Work: We requested three well covers be replaced with new covers. The price quoted includes the Angie's List discount. They were very responsive in returning my call and very punctual for the appointment. Of utmost importance, they were very honest with me and advised there was an issue with the basement windows that needs to be rectified before they can complete the task. I was educated on what needs to be done. From what I could see of the replacement covers, they looked great and would have been a vast improvement over our current covers.

Description of Work: I would like to amend my previous rating of F for them not returning my request for an estimate. Well Covered found that they had returned my email but it appears it got hung up in their server and I never received it. They immediately resent an estimate with an apology for the problem and I am definitely planning to use them. I anticipate posting an outstanding review after the work is completed.

Description of Work: Simple and easy. The work performed looks good and the quality of product was as expected. I had the company install/replace two window well covers and I instructed them to clean out he current well, add rocks and install the cover. I wasn't home when they did the work but I inspected it afterwards and it looked good. They left the bill at my front door, I called it in for payment and everything went smoothly.
