WELL COVERED WINDOW WELLS INC.

Well Covered was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and gave me a quote over the phone for the measurements I provided them. I had been thinking of this as a home project and purchasing the items from Home Depot or Lowe's to replace the cracked covers I had installed years ago....so I had the approximate measurements. Their price was competitive and their product far superior to that which I could purchase and install myself. I originally told them I had 4 window wells....as it turned out when they came they found a fifth window well, and I am so glad they called that to my attention. They did a great job and I was very happy with their professionalism.

I called this company for information regarding window well covers, and i recieved a call from them within an hour and the entire process was explained to me regarding work. Two workers came to house the day we agreed to have work done at the time they said and after looking at area where work was to take place,they explained what would take place. They took about an hour and everything was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up and before they got ready to leave showed me how sturdy the new covers were by me standing on them.I"m 6ft.2 255lbs. I was very pleased with this company and would use them again if needed.

I called and get a real person on the phone. He was very polite and gave me an approximate cost. An appointment was set up and the 2 workers arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. They cleaned out the window wells and installed the covers. I was very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.

Very responsive; they came out the day after I called. The crew was friendly, helpful, and eager to please. I thought the price was quite reasonable as I had seen similar covers in a big box store at prices close to what they charged for the whole job. My only gripe: I would have liked to see a bit more precision when they cut the covers to fit two of the window wells. These two window wells were rectangular and when they cut them, it must have been freehand because they weren't perfectly straight. After about a week I decided to see if I could do better. I took them off, clamped on a straightedge and got a much straighter cut with my circular saw. I was completely satisfied with the installation of the other two covers.

I call this company left a message, They called me back promptly I explained what exactly I needed. They said they had someone in the area that can come on out with in the hour to give a quote. That was awesome! Someone came out, wrote up the quote, and gave me a discout as well! I checked couple other places, I was most comfortable with them and Of course the price was great. I called them back up schedule an appointment, they were out within a few days, they were in and out within about an hour or so, real fast!! Window covers are great! They did a good job! Thank you!

They arrived when they said they would and custom fitted the window well covers on site. Once complete they even demonstrated that he could jump on the new covers with out them breaking.

Received quote over the phone and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, they reviewed each of the windows wells and started cutting and installing. Very quick process. The price ended up being less expensive than quoted originally which I was happy about. I would have liked to have the window wells cleaned more thoroughly but, perhaps my expections were too high. So, I would just recommend cleaning out your wells prior to the installation if you really want them to be clear of debris. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this company, friendly and professional and I felt that it was a very good value.

Great experience! I read good reviews on Angie's List about this company so I called for more information. My call was promptly answered and my questions cheerfully answered. Satisfied with that information, I arranged for an installation a few days later. The installers showed up on time and quickly cut and installed a custom-fit window well cover for my basement window. It looks great. It's made out of a heavy sheet of semi-clear plastic or polycarbonate and was custom cut to my odd-shaped window well. The cover is flat and there are two metal slats underneath, perhaps to give it extra support. The cover extends a little bit beyond the metal wall of the window well, so water can't enter from the sides and it is securely clipped to the window well wall so it can't blow away or get dislodged. There is an aluminum (I think) flange between the cover and the foundation wall that looks very neat and should prevent leakage if water runs down the side of the house. The cover is a significant improvement over the rusty grate that used to cover my window well. Why did I purchase it? Because, in the past year or so, two of my friends had problems with their window wells during some recent bad storms. Unbeknownst to them, the drains at the bottom of their wells had become clogged, so that during those storms, their window wells filled up with water, eventually bursting the basement windows and flooding their basements. One friend was out of town during the storm, so the flooding continued for two days and caused over $15,000 in basement damage. That experience, coupled with a recent discovery of frogs at the bottom of my own window well, convinced me to purchase a waterproof cover. I am very glad that I did and would use this company again if I had the need for a cover.

Crew arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule for estimate. They checked the windows for size, gave us an estimate, and said that they could start work immediately. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The job site was all cleaned up. The covers are sturdy and look great. The work was exactly as described, and the price was competitive with other quotes.

I saw their ad in the Clipper magazine. I called and spoke with Vic who scheduled the appointment the following week. Oscar and Carlos arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job. They were here about an hour, answered all my questions and cleaned the window wells as advertised. I would highly recommend this business.

We were supposed to initially be home when they were going to come to size and install three window well covers. We later realized we would be out of town that day. They were very accomodating and said we didn't need to be home and that they could come to do the work and leave an invoice. When we came home, the work was completed and an invoice was left at our door. They even cleaned out the debris from the window wells. We were very pleased with the custom fit well covers and especially that they were able to accomodate us. We would definitely recommend this company.

Incredible service. Asked them to contact me through Angie's list Sunday, was called Monday morning. They had a van in the area, and they came right over and did a great job. Very professional. Highly recommend and would gladly hire them again.

Everything went very well. Oscar called me back right away, and though there was a small communication glitch regarding our appt., it was easily straightened out. Victor came on time on agreed upon date with a helper. Together they measured the window wells, cut the plexiglass (?? Not sure of actual material, but it is very strong) to size, installed metal backing and "snaps", and all was done in less than an hour. The covers look great. Victor also answered various questions my husband had and went the extra mile to shed light on how else we might avoid water in our basement (a big reason we had the covers installed, as we will be finishing our basement soon). I would totally recommend these guys to anyone who is interested in their product.

Everything went just as planned. The process was fast and simple. The window well covers are high quality. I'm glad I called Well Covered. I wish I had done this years ago.

Victor responded to my call very quickly, described his product and gave an estimated price. Since the window well is larger than normal, the cover was a custom size and fabrication. About ten days later, a flat piece of Lexan plastic was installed over the iron bars of the 90 year old, concrete window well. It was attached to the house by an aluminum strip. It seems somewhat lightweight but carries my weight easily. As i already had cleaned out the well, Vicor added a sack of white rock to the base of the well. All in all, I am well satisfied with the service and product.On his invoice, Victor had not included the ten percent coupon discount. When questioned about this, he promptly sent a check. Good customer relations!

Carlos and his colleague were on-time and very quick, but thorough, in their work. They have a quality product which is also attractive, and you can tell they wanted to do a good job and make sure that the window wells fit well and were installed properly. All in all, a very good experience, and at a fair price.

The workmen arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and installed a good quality product. I was quite pleased with their work.The cost was less than the amount quoted in the company's telephone estimate, and I received a discount as an Angie's List member.

Installers cleaned out window wells and installed the well covers. I was surprised how quickly they were able to complete the job. We're very happy with the results and will have them cover additional wells in the future.

After a call to the company the estimator was out to my house within a couple of days and gave me an estimate over the phone. Since the oversized well required a custom-made cover, it took them 3-4 day to get back and do the installation, which they told me would be the case. A big part of the job was removing the old cover and cleaning out the well, which was heavily overgrown. The work was finished in the promised timeframe, the materials were cleaned up, and the new cover is attractive and functional. They applied a 10% Angie's List discount to the final bill. I was very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship and would not hesitate to call on them again.

They responded pretty quickly. I called them Monday and they came out Tuesday. They advertise that they clean up the debris in the well, but they didn't actually clean the window wells like I thought they would. Otherwise pretty good.
