Window Well came a little after the time stated but not a big deal. (I am a firm believer of punctuality and sometimes I make a decision to hire or not hire by this first impression.) My outside wall had an obstruction that made it impossible to use a ready made well. The well has over a 5 1/2 ft drop and all these years we used sturdy wood in place of a window cover hoping that no one would ever fall through. Window Well measured several times, reminding me of the old saying "measure twice, cut one", cleaned the well of any debris and most importantly used their creative and artistic capabilities to think out of the box for what I thought was a challenging project. I like that!

Had the crew out today to cover 6 window wells. They were friendly, conscientious, prompt and did an excellent job. I found them to be extremely professional. I found the company through Angie's List and the reviews I read were spot on. I strongly recommend this company to others.

I had five window well covers installed. I called one day and the covers were installed the next. They look great-much better than the old metal grates we had. We had some trouble with a brick paver grill area that is next to two of the window wells, but the installation crew did a good job coming up with a solution. My only complaint is that one of the wells was not cleaned and debris was left in it, including some added foliage from the installation process, but I can't give them anything less than an A. The price was good and the service great. If the last well had been cleaned, I would've called it an A + job.

Each contact, whether for an estimate or for a scheduled installation exceeded expectations. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. We would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them!

I called Oscar last week and was scheduled quickly for the 20th, but he needed to change the appointment which I felt he handled with professionalism. We rescheduled for yesterday morning and I was out running errands when he did the work which was great for me. He also called to confirm the appointment the evening before which is rare for service providers these days. When I got home, I was surprised to find that the covers did not have hinges for emergency escape. I called Oscar because I thought we had miscommunication. He kindly explained to me that the covers can simply be popped off when needed which was a relief. The covers look good. Also, it was nice to be given a price and then given An Angie's List discount.

They were very responsive and provided me with a quote on the same day I called them. They kept me up to date on when the service would be provided. It was scheduled in about a week from the quote.They showed up when promised and performed all the work in a very efficient manner. They cleaned out all the window wells of leaves and other debris. This was a very big job since the wells had not been cleaned out in years. The installed wells are very sturdy and well fitting and seem to be very good quality. The well covers also look very nice and blend in well with the house. They left the area clean and packed up all the debris carefully to be disposed of.

My first contact was through an e-mail, and I received a phone call from Oscar that same day. He described the product he works with and how it is installed. He was also very upfront concerning price and gave me the final price of the service based on the information I supplied to him. (In other words, there were no surprises.) His crew came out just a couple of days later and installed the covers. Efficient, clean, professional, and polite would be the description I would use for these men that came to my home. In fact, my neighbors were so impressed with their workmanship, that they had covers installed by them also. I would recommend Well Covered Window Wells, Inc. to anyone who is looking for this service.

I received a quote over the phone from Oscar, and the work was scheduled to be done within the next week (pending weather). Carlos and another employee arrived during the window of time previously given to me over the phone. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. I did not realize that cleaning debris out of the window wells was part of the deal - so thank you for that extra little detail! The new covers are cut on-site to the exact size of existing wells. The new covers are guaranteed for life. Very satisfied.

Oscar and his crew did a fantastic job. I requested a quote on their site on Friday night, Oscar called me back Saturday morning, we discussed what I wanted done, set up the appointment, he showed up when he said he would, and it was done fairly quickly. Simple, easy, and affordable process. All jobs should go that way. The covers look great and feel very sturdy. Nice tight fit up against the house.

Carlos was the installer. He was extremely mannerly and fun to talk to. He showed up early, cleaned the window well, custom cut the cover and installed the cover. It looked so nice that I am having him come back to do 4 more for us in a few days.

A job well done. I have procrastinated for a long time about having window well covers because I thought it would be so expensive. Sorry I waited so long. The price was reasonable and well worth it as I now have peace of mind about debris and even very young birds which have fallen into my window wells. After watching the commercials about this Angies list, I joined and found Well Covered Windows. The installers were really nice and went over everything with me. The sight was left very clean and the covers look very nice and neat. I am satisfied.

Carlos and his partner did a great job! Prompt, efficient and professional. They did a great job, explained everything and I even saw them cleaning up the street gutter where they had done their cutting before they left. Would recommend them to anyone, especially if you, like us, have an oddly-shaped window/well.

It went very well. Outstanding customer service. I got a bit delayed to reach home, but by that time they had finished all measurements etc. They were ready with everything when I had arrived. Would recommend to anybody.

They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I had received a quote over the phone on Friday and they were able to come out on Monday at 8:30 as requested. They took time to look at each well and then said they would be able to get the job done in about an hour as they have the materials on the truck and work on site. That was great since I start work at 10:30. The wells were cleaned out and the covers were placed on and I was on my way to work on time. They look great!

Carlos arrived right on time and was very professional. He explained the process and time frame it would take to complete the job. When he and his partner were thru with the installation he took the time to show me the finished product from the inside and outside also demonstrating how durable the product was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They responded quickly to our call and were able to schedule us the following week. We weren't sure what the process would be to get custom window well covers, but were very pleasantly surprised that they measured, created and installed our covers in less than 90 minutes. They are attractive and sturdy and outdid our expectations. The people were nice, professional and worked quickly. We were also installing a brick patio and they were all able to work around one another to complete the project. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to others.

They were great. They came in, looked at it, gave me a price, cut that. I thought it was great value than the alternative. They were punctual, fast, clean and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

I called at approx 10am on 6/10/2013 and was scheduled for the same day at 2pm. The installers were on time and friendly. They cleaned the window wells, cut and installed the covers within 30 min. The covers look very nice and are definitely able to hold a lot of weight. The installers stated they would mail me an invoice for payment as they had run out of invoices on their truck. I received an invoice in the mail a week later for the amount agreed on. This was the fastest and the least stressful quality purchase I have ever experienced.

Very efficient. From arrival to leaving it took less than an hour. Job well done.

I supplied accurate measurements of our four windows over the phone and an estimate was given on the spot. The work was completed in a couple of hours for the exact price quoted over the phone. The Well Covered team cleaned out our wells, cut the material to fit and installed all four covers neatly and perfectly. Super friendly. On time. Courteous. Experienced.

The team was on time and went right to work. What I really like about them is that they were flexible with the dates. I had to move the appointment a couple of times and they were willing to work with me. I ordered the covers with the locks so they were a little bit extra. I'm glad I did order the lock covers because my window wells have ladders. I feel that the lock covers are a lot more secure. The team cut everything on site and installed them within 2 hours. I'm really impressed with the work. My neighbors did ask me where I got them done and I told them the company and price. I'm happy with what I paid for. I would rather pay for a good quality product first than to keep replacing it over time.
