They came out the day I scheduled the service and did the work! Great service and the window well cover looks great!

Great service, we called them after researching price options and reading their reviews. It was easy to schedule and they were able to get us in within a week of calling. The team came over today, checked in and started working ASAP. They were friendly and got the work done quickly. They saved some of the living frogs in our window well and moved them for me. They cleaned out the window well and got the covers on fast. They put on the locks through the basement and wore booties while in the house. Very fast and easy to work with. A+ would use again, but won't need to since these are covered for life!

At 1045am this morning, August 24 my dog started barking at the door, she wanted to go out into the backyard. I was sitting in my office on the first floor at the time. I let the dog out back and a man ran away from inside of my fenced yard! He stopped and said he was from Well Covered and didn't I know he was coming when I asked him why he was in my yard and what did he want. I asked him why he didn't ring the bell to let me know he was there...he said he did. The door bell did not ring. I told him they were supposed to give an estimate to cover 4 window wells...he said he thought there were 5 or 6. Again, I said I wanted an estimate for 4 windows. He had to tell his partner to stop working! He was starting the prep to install the window coverings! The man told me if I wasn't home he would have installed the covers! He was very very pushy. I never authorized any work, just requested an estimate! He then gave me an estimate for 4 windows, which was higher that another estimate I had rec'd last Friday, even with the 20% discount. I told him I had one more estimate to get before deciding, and the 2 men left. They did not replace the bricks that had been pulled away from the window wells on the side of my house (remember, they were doing the work without authorization!) I called the office and spoke to the man I made the appointment with...he fumbled with his answers and said there must have been a miscommunication. I certainly hope that is all it was and that it wasn't anything else. An older person may have been confused or intimidated by the work crew and just allowed the work to be done and/or paid a bill for a service they didn't authorize. Be careful!

What a pleasure it was to watch Carlos and his colleague complete their work on my home window wells. They were professional, courteous and focused on doing a high quality job. They delivered exactly what was advertised and the pricing was as quoted over the phone.Two of the wells were located behind shrubs that created a very tight work space and were difficult to access. This team was undaunted by the challenge, squeezing into very narrow openings to clean out the wells, unclog the built in drains and then place the new covers securely. And they even disposed of the old, broken "big box store" cheap plastic covers that were installed years ago. This was money very well spent. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

They cleaned out my window well. They were courteous and extremely polite and had excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

I called the company Monday after finding a dead possum in our well which had gotten through one of our cheap plastic well covers. They were able to schedule me for the next day. Workers arrived when promised and were very professional. They also cleaned out all the wells (I had already removed the dead animal). Would highly recommend. The covers look great and service was perfect.

This company was EXCELLENT to work with!! I got a quote by going on their website and they emailed me the information the very next business morning. I had a few questions, all of them were answered VERY promptly and politely. They arrived right on time, took care of everything that was needed, cleaned up, and were on their way! Very friendly, polite, and patient with my additional questions. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!! I measured the window wells per the instructions on their website and sent them an email with the specifications. I received a reply email almost immediately to call and set up an appointment. I set up the appointment and they came out the next day. I went to work in the morning and came home in the evening and the window wells were installed and their clean up was immaculate. They left an invoice in my door. I didn't even have to take any time off from work. The covers look great! I had an excellent experience with this company.

Called on April 13th - the guys were able to come out next day and install two window well covers. It took them approx 30 minutes.

Not only on time but a little early. Was done in a matter of minutes. Very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

It took a half day to do with 2 workers. The final result looks fine. They called back right away and came when they said they would.

viWe requested an appointment with Well Covered Windows through Angie's List. Victor got back to us immediately, & we made arrangements for a few days later. Carlos & his associate were prompt, friendly & professional, and they did a great job. The window wells now are covered exactly the way we've wanted for some time, & the price was right on his quote. The covers are translucent, so they let in some light, but the main features for us was keeping rain, critters & other unwanted visitors out. & they really do support all the weight you see in Well Covered's ads!

Excellent! the window well covers are a much cleaner look than I had expected. Very unobtrusive. Oscar and 1 other guy cut the covers to size and installed them with a lock (that can be released from the basement). It only took about 40 minutes to cut and install. Very polite workers.

From the get-go, this company was joy to deal with. My initial inquiry was via the Angie's List interactive scheduling system and we quickly exchanged a few messages via that to get the appointment day down. I think I may have spoken with the owner - Victor to nail down the exact time of their visit and while we were on the phone, he offered me the Angie's list discount without me even having to ask for it. Once the truck pulled up in my driveway, the crew jumped out and got RIGHT to work, measuring the wells and cutting the new covers on the spot. They cleaned out the leaves and other muck from the window wells before putting the new covers on and they did a great job cleaning them. They were done before I know it and the covers are very solid and look great. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves and left no mess where they worked. I would recommend this company for custom-made window well covers any day.

Contractor returned my call within the hour. After another five minutes price and appointment was set ($98 per small well). They showed up well within the four hour window provided and finished the job within 30 minutes. Clean, professional and fast. Very happy!

The only thing that I did not like was that they told me that they will call me to tell me when they could come to do the job and they never did. Almost a week later I had to call them to set the date.

Vic was very nice and took time to explain different options with the window wells (locks, size, cost, etc). His workers were out a few days after I agreed to have them do the install. His staff was very professional and only took about an hour to get the job done. They took care of all clean-up. The price I had been quote was a little off from what was on the invoice (only a few dollars) and they honored the quoted price with no issues. The quality of the window well appears good. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends.

They came out to give us an estimate on time and did the job right then and there in a short time. The price was very reasonable and they even threw in a 10% off Angie's list discount plus they cleaned out our window wells!

Bob was very nice and knowledgeable at his original visit and provided his recommendations. He knows where his company's strengths lie. It would take a couple of days for Bob to get back to me whether via phone or email, so responsiveness could be better but I attribute that to them being so busy with all the rain we've been having. Maybe he can hire a receptionist though. Bob arrived a few hours after he said he would, but did call me that morning to give me a timeline. His work was great! He made sure to show me how the new windows worked and walked me through all the changes he made. The custom well covers are going to be made on site later this week...it's not a big deal but didn't expect that work would not be completed the same day. I would still recommend this company to any family or friends.
