Very efficient service. Cleaned out pits. Only quibble is that it would have been nice to have some shop-vac/vacuum activity on the basement floor around where they were working at the conclusion.

I sent Vic an email Tuesday night regarding some window well covers for my home. I recently finished my basement and wanted to get some covers for two reasons. One to hold some of the cold from going down and second to protect the neighborhood kids from falling into the well plus I waned to keep water, snow, and leaves out of the well. Vic called me early Wednesday gave me a quote and said he could do it Thursday for me. When I came home on Thursday evening from work the window well covers were professional installed. They did a great job, and they even cleaned out my window wells. Honestly, they are awesome, and I can't believe how excited I am about window well covers. They really look extremely clean, professional, and perfect.

I was very pleased with my experience. They came out a day after I initially called and installed a new cover over a basement window well. The installer was very polite, professional and quick - they were probably in and out of here within 20 or 30 minutes. They cleaned out the window well too which was a nice bonus. Definitely the right price and service quality. Highly recommended!

they came out within a week of my calling them, arrived when they said they would and completed the job within 3 hours. they also cleaned up after themselves both inside and out. they explained my options with the type of covers including several price options . I chose the more expensive option because it offered more in terms of safety and security. However I was glad they offered me a choice and did not try to upsell. overall i was very impressed with them. I would use them again or recommend them to anyone else

they were on time, and performed the work on-site and completed the work in no time. they cleaned out the window well before they applied it; they did such a nice job i asked them to do the other three windows. and then, they said they would just leave an invoice - so refreshing to have honest trustworthy people doing a great job

I called on 7/29 to order two new window well covers. I was going on vacation the following week, so I thought that the work would have to wait until I returned. Instead, the owner told me that he would install the covers while I was away and would leave the bill for me. I came home from vacation to find two perfectly installed window well covers and the bill, including the Angie's list discount! Great work!

Our homeowner association dictated the upgrade of window well covers. I checked with Angie's List and found Well Covered. I contacted them by email and the owner got back to me within hours. He gave me a quote based upon the information I provided and set a time to come out and do the windows. One of the things that really made me decide upon Well Covered was the fact that Vic said, "You don't have to be home for me to do the work, I'll leave you an invoice." Well, I was sold - anyone who has that kind of trust in his fellow man, is my kind of guy. As it turned out, I let him know that the association was requiring this update, gave him a contact name and he was able to do several jobs within our units, for which he gave us a nice discount. The window wells look great and are strong enough to hold me with no danger of falling through. There's only one thing that could have made this experience better and that is if they would have cleaned the trash they removed from the wells. I'm not saying they should have hauled it away, but at least put it in a trash bag and leave for the homeowner to dispose of. I know this is not part of their job, but it would be a very nice additional service.

The guys who came out were awesome. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to be here. They gave us an Angie's List discount and then they discounted it a little mroe than that. They did four window wells and they were in and out of here within 25 minutes. They were very nice and very friendly. If I had any other services they could provide, I would totally use them.

It went very well. They came with the truck, measured, cut it to size, and installed it right away. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

Company arrvied on time and was complete in 1 /12 hours. Person modified a winodw cover to compensate for one winodw to minimize gap due to widow well construction. This was needed because of the way the window was set back into the frame.

Found the company on Angie's List and submitted a request for a quote via their Web site. Received a response within 24 hours with a clearly stated price. After having not gotten back to the company for a couple days, Vic e-mailed me to let me know that they were going to be in my area and offered a discount. I e-mailed back with one question which was quickly answered. I had gotten one other quote and Well Covered was already cheaper by a few bucks, so I decided to go with them. I called and set up a visit for two days later. They showed up on time. My pervious rusted-metal-grate covers had old padlocks on them that were rusted and would not open. While they did not have bolt cutters with them, they offered to use my hacksaw to saw them off. They were able to get them off at no additional cost. Installation took about 60-90 minutes and went flawlessly. These guys are very experienced and professional. They were able to charge my credit card and print me out a receipt right from the truck. The new covers are way better than the old metal grates and I feel a lot better knowing that I can get out of the house easily in an emergency.

I left Vic a voicemail on Friday morning and he returned it that afternoon. His estimate was $440 compared to other original estimates of $441, $432 and $405 for the same product (GE Lexan). I ended up hiring the company whose original estimate was $432, but agreed to reduce price to $395.
