It was an impressive operation, Mr. Thomas drilled holes and found places I couldn't imagine. Continued until he got them all.

He knows a lot about bugs, actually he is an Entomologist and he is great. He is telling me about my trees, that I have got all these trees that harbor the bugs and stuff. He is very thorough, he sprays from the foundation to the entire. My daughter has almost an acre and it is almost the same amount.

Perfect! Would recommend him or use Thomas' again! Let's hope I never do!!

We saw a constant stream of yellow jackets coming from behind the bottom trim of our vinyl siding. We couldn't tell exactly where the nest might be and it would not have been accessible with a can of wasp spray. We had used Thomas Pest Specialists a couple of years ago to get rid of yellow jackets in a different area and, because the last experience was so effective, we decided to call them again. Paul is very knowledgeable and both times he eradicated the problem the first time. He does not require a contract and does not try to sell you services you don't need.

I have used him several times. I like them because they know what they are doing and take good care of us. I have only seen one ant since they sprayed. They are very honest and prices are fair.

They said that they do not go on the roof to take care of problems. The serviceman said that he had fallen of a roof and no longer goes up on them.

Paul seems very knowledgeable about ants and was thorough in his explanations about the causes and remedies for ants. About a month after he sprayed the first time, I pulled a nail out from our cedar siding and small ants came pouring out. A few days later I found another patch of small ants along a moist section of our rim joist. Paul came out the next day and resprayed the affected areas for no charge. Had he refused to respray or tried to charge me more, this review would have been pretty negative. Instead, Paul did not make excuses or get confrontational, but just came over and fixed the problem. Given his professionalism and integrity, I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I had unsuccessfully tried several sprays and ant traps to eliminate ants in the kitchen. One visit from Thomas Pest Specialists and the ants are gone. Very knowledgable gentleman, I would definitely hire him again.

They arrived on time, explained how they were going to treat both the inside and outside of my property. They were very professional throughout the visit. He gave me some pointers on how to prepare. Afterwards he came back for free a couple of weeks later and sprayed again for free. He was very knowledgeable and he took care of the issue. He was reasonable priced.

They came and took care of the bugs. They did their job. They were friendly. They went around the entire house. They did a good job and didnt have come back. I would keep using them if I had a bug problem.

Great. They showed up more or less on-time and got right to work. Took just about an hour. I saw a few more ants over the next week and was worried they weren't completely gone. But by the end of the week I wasn't seeing any more and haven't for the several weeks since they were here.

I left a voicemail message and they got back to me within a day. They came within a week and arrived promptly. At first he examined the deck area and explained what type of ants we had. He checked around the yard and then started spraying with a high-pressure hose while his wife sprayed inside the house. He then came inside and fogged our crawlspace. The whole thing took less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable, and the ants are gone since they came out. This company doesn't require contracts, and they'll do as much or as little as you want. It's also one of the few companies that still does fogging.

He came out and used a high pressure chemical spray to shoot the nest from ground level. This killed the wasps and knocked down about 85% of the nest. Wasps appear to be gone.

The worker came out and did everything that needed to be done. He was on time and I felt like we were given a fair price. I really appreciated that he did not try to sell me a monthly service.

He did show up a little late, but he called to let us know he was running late from a personal problem. He certainly likes to talk, but once he got to work him and his wife were great. He told her just what to do where. They worked quickly enough but seemed to be doing a thorough job. Since they finished several weeks ago there has been no ant sightings at all in the house.
