Positive experience. Brad and Carlos were timely, professional and efficient. They called ahead to give a time frame of arrival. Cleaned and inspected fire box and chimney. Provided their recommendations for repairs with costs. We knew we had deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed. They provided pictures before and after work for verification. They were respectful and tidy in their work and did a good job addressing our concerns. Very pleased with the experience and would use again.

We have used Superior for years to do our annual fireplace check and clean.  They are great with communication, setting appointments, Their service has always been above and beyond.  The cleaning is great.  They are very careful. When there are things that need to be addressed, they give options and solutions.  We have a renewal for annual check for the same fee as long as we sign up at the end of the service for the next year. Their service professionals are GREAT!  Brad and Angel have been out a few times, most recently today.  They are very efficient, careful, clean up the area, and are delightful young men as well.  Very grateful for this dependable company and their staff.

Alan Harter did an exceptional job with my dryer cleaning today. I have a lot of dogs and run my dryer a lot. He not only got everything squeaky clean, he helped me go through my own personal plan of how I maintain my system. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and helped me enhance my plan. Affordable, quick to respond, very clear on what needed to get done to make our fireplace safe and usable after performing a chimney sweep and inspection.

They provided clear options for all the work and explained everything in advance with appropriate advice on critical corrections. work was completed in a timely manner and according to the estimate.

They explained what they were doing in terms I understand. They gave a few different options including their personal recommendations on what they would do with their homes. Brad walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on. They had everything they needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and they even cleaned the work space better than it was before they got here. 20 out of 10 stars hands down!!
