 + -1 moreTHE PAINTER DID A GOOD JOB PAINTING AND CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF. IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE ESTIMATE AS WELL, BUT OVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PAINTING JOB.

 + -1 moreUNFORTUNATELY, THE POWER WASHING WAS HORRIBLE. OUR ALUMINUM SIDING LOOKED WORSE AFTER THE POWER WASHING. THERE WERE STREAKS AND A LOT OF DIRTY WATER SPOTS. THE OWNER, JOHN, SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. TOLD ME HE WOULD REFER ME TO SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP ME, BUT NEVER DID GIVE ME THE NUMBER. THE PRICE HE CHARGED FOR THE POWER WASHING WAS $350, WHICH WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL WORK. I FOUND JOHN NOT TO BE VERY RELIABLE, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR POWER WASHING.

 + -1 moreI HAD PREVIOUSLY REMOVED VINES GROWING ON MY CEDAR SIDING. THEY NEEDED TO SAND OFF VINE ATTACHMENTS. VERY DIFFICULT, BUT THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB WITHOUT MARRING THE CEDAR. FINISHED ON TIME. EVEN WORKED ON SATURDAY. MY NEIGHBORS WERE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR WORK HABITS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
