Description of Work: Scott Owen the owner, is outstanding. He is very responsive and really knows "roofing"!! Although their prices were higher than the other 2 companies we got quote from, the customer service and the knowledge Scott and his crew had, was unbeatable. The quality of work was top-notch. We will use Owen Enterprises again in the future and recommend them to others. They completely took off the exisiting roof and put on an entire new roof.
