Description of Work: I received a quote for a bathroom remodel. Peter was responsive at oyr meeting and emailed the quote within a week but never responded to my additional email questions and never returned my phone calls. I had no choice but to go elsewhere.

+ 4 moreAfter talking about my bathroom that needed A LOT of work, a friend referred me to Olivers Home Maintenance. I contacted the company and they set up an appointment immediately. Peter came over and inspected the bathroom and gave an estimate at that time. My wife and I were happy with estimate and Peter started the next day with the project. We were very impressed with the way Peter set up the rest of the home to prepare for the bathroom to keep the rest of the house neat and clean. Peter always communicated with us for a start and finish time for each day and was always on time. Peter was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Peter was very tentative to he work and details. Peter completed the bathroom on time and made sure everything was cleaned up and disposed of properly. My wife are very pleased with the bathroom and we will be using Peter to remodel our kitchen early next year.
Description of Work: Olivers Home Maintenance/Peter redid our falling apart much needed help bathroom. Peter did more than we could imagine on our budget. Peter tore everything out of the bathroom and started at square one. Peter put up new waterproof dry wall and regular dry wall threw out the bathroom. Peter put up new beautiful ceramic tile and penciling on the wall and floors. Peter installed all new plumbing and electrical when needed. Replaced the bathtub and new plumbing, put in new toilet and plumbing,new bathroom sink and plumbing and countertop removed and installed. Peter put in a new exhaust fan. Peter installed over the toilet cabinets. Peter removed and replaced all wood trim on floors and around door and stained. Peter finished off with fresh paint on ceiling and walls. Also, Peter did waterproof caulking throughout the bathroom as needed. Olivers Home Maintenance/Peter did above and beyond what we could have imagined on our budget.

+ 5 moreMy wife & I wanted to write a review about Pete & his company because he is very good at what he does both as a designer & craftsman,we are already thinking about remodeling our kitchen in the near future & have agreed we are going to call Pete & Olivers Home Maintenance to perform the work.We will have no problem, recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a good contractor to work on their home.
Description of Work: Recently my wife & i were looking into have our main bathroom in our home completely remodel,our house was built approx; 1956-57,we were searching on-line & talking with different friends about contractors,one night we were talking with a couple of neighbors who both had work conducted in their home,one had a kitchen remodel & the other had all the siding replaced out side the home,they both recommended a contractor by the name of Olivers Home Maintenance,my wife & i talked &decided to contact him,we spoke with a Pete Pascente who came out to our home & sat down with us, after looking at the bathroom & taking some measurements,Pete was very Professional & helpful,after hearing our ideas Pete showed us some different designs & photos of bathrooms he has remodeled,I have to say after everything was completed we were very satisfied & very happy we had gone with Pete & his company,he is very professional,very clean & considerate of the people he is working for,he always arrived at the time he said he would,he worked all day & at the end of the day Pete always made sure he cleaned up before he left for the day,I have dealt with other contractors before over the years & i was very pleased with Olivers Home Maintenance.The ceramic tile work was very difficult due to the design my wife picked & Pete done a wonderful job both making cuts & laying down the tile both on the floor & on the walls,the grout work was also excellent.I always worry about plumbing & water leaks but after Pete installed all the plumbing i have to say not a leak anywhere..
