It was good!

They seemed to have a good product. We've had him out twice before when we were going to have a four seasons room put on so this is the third time we've had him out to quote things. We never went ahead with the room but we are probably going to go with the deck. The first time we thought he was a little pushy but he was pushing his quality with the BBB and how he had an AAA rating. He is very proud of his rating and quality. We've haven't had anything done yet. We thought their quote was high but he seems to think his quality is so good and he will come back and fix anything that we are not happy with. He seemed very, very helpful and he even put a new battery in our surfing fire thing before he left so he was very helpful. He got lost on his way out.

Work was done on time. Windows were installed and caulking and cleanup were both good. Crew was mostly the same crew that had worked here before. Waivers of lien were given. Insurance certificate was given. It looks as though the same people work for them - no subs and no illegal Mexican labor.

I spent $3000 on that work. The work was good. The guy we dealt with was easy to reach and returned phone calls quickly. The work was completed when they said it would be completed and there were no unexpected expenses. They did leave a pretty big mess and we called them to clean it up.

We were satisfied with everything they said they would do.

Excellent installation. My house is very old and the installer installed a new steel door, wood grain. He had to do a little extra work to make it aesthetically pleasing. He had to dress up the door jam a little bit and it looks very nice. I have received many of compliments. I would hire them again.

we needed an area of our roof replaced, but I was having difficulty finding roofers that would work on only one section. I found some thirteen different roofing companies on Angie's List which met my criteria ( within 15 miles of my home, grade of "A" ). everybody seemed adamant about only doing complete roof replacements. out of the thirteen companies, only three bothered to call me back. I'm glad that National Energy Contractors was one of them. Peter, the company president, came out promptly to do an estimate. he was extremely professional and addressed all concerns that I had. very shortly after our initial meeting, his crew came and replaced the shingles and substrate in the affected area. I was so pleased at the quality of the work that I asked Peter back again to estimate the cost to replace the remaining roof. I found the price to be extremely reasonable and gave them the go-ahead. the crew finished the remainder of the replacement within two days - amazing to me considering we have a rather large house. they were complete professionals in every way: they knew exactly what to do, and did it. we now have a terrific new roof courtesy of National Energy Contractors. I highly recommend this company for any roofing work that you might need.

Their service was fine. They installed a furring strip for the bathroom window, and I wasn't aware that that would be done, and it didn't look very good. One window was also installed a bit crooked.

The salesman showed up at our house at a time of our choosing and was good enough to get us to decide that evening. He offered a 20% discount for signing right then, which we took, but we were convinced they would do well for us already. They called the evening before they started to say that the window guys would be there tomorrow morning and the siding guys would stop by to do some "preliminary" work. The preliminary work turned out to be removing all of the siding. The windows only took one day, the siding took about four days. They cleaned up thoroughly each day before leaving. They took care not to damage bushes or outdoor lights. They even put up new lights and address numbers that we had purchased.

Job went very well and on schedule. This contractor is very professional and provides a good overall value. There was some dispute over a few small charges, but all turned out well. Peter was a very good salesman and would recommend discounts and alternates before I would even ask. I would highly recommend this company.

Windows and Siding were excellent, work was excellent. The couple problems we had were immediately fixed. Very satisfied, house is much more energy efficient.

Overall the company did a good job, but there were a few issues. The window guys arrived 1 and 1/2 hours early (7:30 A.M. instead of 9 A.M.), and we were not prepared for them. The siding guys left a bit of a mess in the yard, but in their defense, it did snow while they were working. I still think they could have cleaned up better. The measurements for the shutters were incorrect, and we ended up having to cut a whole in one of the shutters for the water spigot. Not our first choice.

MIGHT HAVE BEEN EXPENSIVE, BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEM SUCH PROFESSIONAL WORK.
