The crew rushed the installation of my roof. It was sloppy work. The gutters were full of debris under the gutter guards. The flashing was daylighted threw my vinyl siding post and the chimney cap was a cheap TPO membrane that looked like a hack install.

Description of Work: Estimate , then roof replacement. was very slow in getting work done after estimate date. Did not consult with us when he determined which roof boards he would replace. state he replace 12 boards but only saw 6 boards going up to roof and only one comming down. left mushroom vent on roof afer it not needed because he did complete different venting system. we live in a row home and roofs are all shared with one another, this roofer did a terrible job when trying to butt up aginst neighbors roof. stated he had hard time doing it but rooffers before him did a good job . our roof now looks terrible . I did not have opportunity to disgust the completed job because the roofer just left bill in mail box and left.

mushroom vent was left on roof because a bathroom fan was vented through it. if you want to see how much plywood was replaced, you can look in the attic at the bottom of the plywood, the difference will be obvious. it is difficult to mesh new shingles in with old when they are different sizes. the shingles on the unit next to yours are metric and of poor quality. the shingles we installed on your roof are 5" exposure and of better quality. only one brand of shingles sold locally are metric, and the quality is of question.

He gave me a good price, but the quality of his work was outstanding. I paid $9500 on the job. The shingles were really top of the line. It cost me a lot of money, but I got the best of everything done. I would recommend him highly because he is straightforward and honest. I will be using his services in the future.
Description of Work: I used Murphy Roofing Inc., a few years ago. He tore of the shake and shingles and did the roofing work.
