Customer service and job look good. Had a 52inch long copper pipe installed for pressure relief valve for my water heater cost me $600.00 for the job less then a hour of labor. Had to call to get an invoice they don’t break done what they charge for parts or labor. I feel they over charged me and took advantage of me I wouldn’t use them again

Most thorough service I have ever had on my air conditioner; cleaned system thoroughly, unlike previous service provider. Explained everything he was doing. Can’t say more than this. Would recommend highly!

I initially used a different service provider before and I found the service to be not thorough, they did not really inspect the unit. But this guy form Leslie named Eric, he was wonderful and told me everything he was doing, it was a much better experience and they exceeded my expectation. I am very happy. I would highly recommend Eric and he was t hey type of employee that anyone would want to have.

Had a terrible experience with Leslie. The project started on 6/25/16 and the whole process was WAY longer than it should've been (3 months vs. 2 weeks - which we were told it would take) Mind you - We were in no way concerned with how long it would take because we knew it was a large project. We just wanted a no hassle experience for the cost. They were nice guys but overall, they did not complete the job correctly the first time, or second, or third... and some appeared to be either lazy or uneducated at the task at hand- which we were the most upset about. We travel for work so I come home every few days to check up on our cats. I specifically told the guy leading, instructions to lock the doors when they left the house as well as to leave the door open that had the litter boxes accessible. I was not happy about a week into install when I came home late after work and found they had completely shut the door so that the cats could not reach their boxes which left the rest of our house as a liter box and our main door was completely unlocked and left open (for anyone to walk in). When the weather started getting colder, we needed to use our furnace and realized we had a leak from the ceiling. We turned off the system (no heat in the winter=unhappy people-especially when hosting elderly family). We tried to contact everyone, even our salesman Kurt who literally dodged all of our calls throughout the process. A couple guys came over, each one blaming the previous guy before and putting a temporary bandaid until a different guy came over-Scott. He did a full assessment and found that the job was not complete from the beginning- things are not covered, cleaned, sealed, nor installed properly. We had wanted Scott to do the job, but it was too much for one person. He told us to call to get people over so we did and our only request was to not send Brian (who was the head installer of the original job). So... they sent Brian anyway. We were told that we would be given a visual inspection when arriving home from work, and he left before we got home. He called and said everything was good but two days later, the furnace shut down once more which brought the head installer of the company to finally fix it. The whole thing was stressful and overpriced for the time it took and for the low quality we received. The project ended in November 2016. We did speak to Eileen, the President who apologized and gave us free filters and free install for our trouble. However, we did not think that was sufficient, especially when I referenced their money back guarantee on their website, "If you are not 100% satisfied with our work for one full year, we'll make it right or give you your money back" and she said they don't do money back guarantees... I was very disappointed in how higher up management handled this situation. At least for such a big project, I would recommend someone else.

Just got the HVAC system installed and it seems to be working fine. I would like to take this time to give a little feed back on the overall service I have been given from Leslie. My sales person had knowledge and took the time to explain everything was great. He took the time to listen and answer all of the questions that I had. Just a couple of things I really didn't like the comment of "So are you willing to sign" that to me is a like typical car salesman tactic, no offense to car salesmaen. The other thing was the proposal form, no product information (model #) for me to look at so nothing for me to compare to. He also did not give me a time when the Tech would be arriving so I got up early just to wait around for the Tech to arrive. The rest is about the technician that came to the house. When the material i was given and the web site said that Leslie will respect my home and leave it cleaner that when they got there not so much. I think the tech was training a new technician and well if this was his training on cleanliness then it was a fail. The guys removed items from the HVAC closet and did not return them, they did not vacuum when they were finished, they did not lay a tarp down in my residence, they did not wear booties when entering my residence, they used my tools without permission (ladder and used a window squeegie to hold the closet door open), they removed the vent in the crawl and did not return items that were moved nor did they vacuum the debris that fell out of the old vents. They really did not go over any of the equipment other than hand me the manual. No helping with showing me how to set the thermostat I had to ask how to replace the filter. They did not clean in the garage closet after drilling out the hole for the new line. The main Tech did wear booties after the job was done but not during. The other technician did not wear them at all. The main tech asked for final payment without telling me what it was and when I asked what the balance due was he told me the was the full amount which in his defense he didn't know i put a deposit down. He checked and charged me remaining balance due. As for the craftsmanship of the Tech's work that was great everything looks neat and professional with the exception of my humidistat which is still a little loose, you can move it with your hand. I sent them a email and as of the end of this week I have had a response from them and was asked if he could come and talk with me about the installation but at the time of this review I have not heard back from him.

The technician came and after inspecting my outdoor unit, he determined the reason I didn't have any cold air blowing out was that I had a leak. He explained that the leak is very expensive to repair and I will want to buy a new air conditioner in lieu of fixing it. He then went on to push this monthly service contract... on something that wasn't working! He wouldn't stop rambling on about the benefits of it. I just wanted my house to cool down. Then, the technician went to inspect my furnace (still not fixing the problem I needed with my air conditioner- on a hot day!) and told me all the things I would need to have done to my furnace. Naturally this lead to him pushing the service contract again. He then said I would need to bring a SALEMEN out to look at new air conditioners. And by the way, since he did nothing at my home would I like a service contract? The whole experience was very jarring and felt very much like a sleazy bait an switch operation. They are over the top cheerful on the phone, and it's probably to mask the fact that they want to rob you blind. I am happy to say I got a second opinion, a shot of Freon, and now have a blissfully cool home.
Description of Work: Inspected the air conditioner that was not blowing out cold air and most likely try to rope me into a service contract.

Miguel was very professional, got right to the job with no problems. I asked that he show me where the air filter gets changed as I could not find the location myself. He provided pictures from his phone of the location, also taking the time to answer any questions I had about future care and problems. He caught that the ductwork going to the flu was disconnected, which could have been life-threatening as it allowed carbon monoxide to leak into the house's crawlspace. I had used this company before with no issues and couldn't resist the major savings with the coupon I'd gotten in the mail. Also, paid in advance for somebody to come out to clean out my A/C unit in the spring, as it was a fantastic deal along with the furnace cleaning.
Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned furnace, change air filter, fixed disconnected ductwork going to the flu.

While this company does not have tons of reviews yet, they represent everything you will want in good customer service. Im very critical regarding customer service and Leslie was excellent from start to finish. 1. I have a very crazy schedule which most companies (several), would not accommodate. The operator for Leslie was very understanding and worked with me to have someone out to address my AC issues. 2. The service call fee and charges for repairs are fair and honest prices for service. Having worked with AC service techs in the past, I did not feel like I was taken advantage off. 3. My technician (Miguel Ramirez) was above outstanding!! He is the type of guy you talk to for five minutes and feel very comfortable knowing he is a good guy. He was able to easily see a problem with my system that another local company insisted would require total replacement of the entire system. He is very honest and is good at explaining the issue at hand. At the end of the day, I can easily say that my experience with Leslie was more then ideal. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that requires Heating\Cooling services.
