Very poor service I received 8-29-14 incompetent workers to change a hoes he did a bad job that cause me other problems. The second guy came broke my faucet vale Cracked my filter. The owner Mike said he would get me a used part at the end of the summer to fix it. The scheduler said i had to pay there cost to replace the filter they cracked. They did not compensate me for the problems they cause. He was not concern about my labor day party I needed the pool. They came back the next week and cause more damage. I was unhappy with the attitude of the owner Mike and the scheduler.

A part they replaced failed 6 months later and they could not come out to fix it for 3 weeks. I hired another company to fix the tub and they determined the part (circ board) was defective. Because the other company replaced the board Just in Time Pools would not honor the warranty. Will not do business with them again.

Their price was excellent. They scored low because after they came out for the opening one of my connections was leaking, the hose fell completely off and I lost a lot of the water. I shoved it back on but had to wait almost 3 days for them to come back out. "That's the best they can do", but I don't think you should move on to the next customer, until your prior customer is taken care of. I would recommend them only because even with that mishap and poor attitude there doesn't seem to be a better pool company anywhere! Affordable, nice service people, Receptionist was NOT customer friendly

They scheduled a window of 7am to 9 am and were here at 6:50. They we efficient and friendly and gave me tips on the liner not ripping again next winter. They even took the old liner out to the curb for the garbage men.

I hired Just in Time pool & Spa Service they opened my Pool did not checked if Pipes are connected and flooded my Back Yard. I called and they are not willing to come out. I had to go under the Deck & connect the pipes myself. They told me I was rude and Yelling. I have the Pictures to prove my Yard was flooded. So don' t count on them if it does not go right. They won't come out, they tell you not to bother them. So find someone new, before this happen to you!!

Just in Time Pool & Spa service fit me into their schedule since the weather was going to get below freezing and I was in a panic in fear of the hot tub freezing and causing more issues. They are very professional, inexpensive and will absolutely call them back if I have any more issues. Thank You Very Much!

Positives - they came when they said they would, they charged what they said they would charge and the work, so far, seems good. Negatives - did not clean up at all and left some of their garbage behind, misplaced the skimmer basket and had to be called back, they did not offer pool repair at all so I had to put a new liner over some rust that I would have preferred being repaired even if it cost more.

I was promptly called twice in regards to setting and confirming my appointment. On the confirmation they actually moved the date up 3 days. Repair man arrived exactly at time promised, diagnosed and corrected the problem with my heater. Labor was reasonable rate but I researched the part online after and found they have quite the mark-up on parts. All in all a very good experience. I would use them again if I couldn't fix the problem myself.

Very responsive. Michael was on top of everything. He came out on a Saturday with no additional fees. The cost was very reasonable. Michael explained everything and made me feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. A $2.00 valve was all I needed. I was prepared to spend hundreds on a pump or computer board. I was also surprised when he told me they would send an invoice for the service. I can't remember the last time a service company didn't want their money at the time of service. I highly recommend the people at Just in Time.

The 2 men that performed my repairs and winterization were excellent, curtious, well experienced and prepared. I could not have been more pleased. Just in Time should be proud of the hard work, experience and speed that these 2 particular employees provide to them and their customers. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone.

They were thorough and very honest. They tried a reasonable repaire and when that did not solve the problems, they told us further repairs would not resolve the problem. They returned calls and answered our questions until we understood the problem and why it could not be resolved.

I asked for someone to hook-up my above-ground pool heater. They hooked up the gas line and the lines from the pool to filters to heater to pool (one of the hookup spots leaks). THEY DID NOT HOOK UP THE ELECTRIC to the heater. The heater will not start up without being hookee to the electric. I even had the electric line run out to beside the heater. No electric to spark the flame on the new gas heater... no flame to heat the water...no swimmy in cold pool water...I AM NOT HAVING FUN IN MY POOL.
