+ -1 moreWorst service and company I have ever worked with. In my 20 years in property management, I have never worked with such unprofessionalism. They painted the roof of the pergola that they built and all of the paint bubbled and looked terrible only a week afterwards. When I signed the contract for the pergola job, the owner Vladamir pushed me to give him a down payment to start the job, but then he didn't start until 4-5 months later and acted like he was doing me a "favor" on a $19,000 job. He was so rude and difficult to work with the entire time. The roof he put was too short so he re-made it months ago and they have yet to install it and fix the bubbled paint, I have been contacting him and he has not returned any calls/texts. At another job, they put the wrong closing mechanism on a $30k job and we had non-stop issues with the gates, when I asked them to come back and see what's going on, he kept avoiding it and then just stopped responding. I am still waiting for them to finish another job, the owner Vladamir has yet to respond to messages, he is so rude and refuses to take responsibility. I do NOT recommend working with them, I will never use them again.

+ 0 moreThese guys are AMAZING! Vladimir and his crew are reliable, respectful and professional. We were referred to them by a neighbor that had them build a new staircase and cable railings. When we decided to proceed with the project, we had already remodeled a major chunk of our house. They made sure to protect and secure the area where they were installing. Needless to say, an absolute pleasure to work with-thank you!
