Christos worked with me to develop the kitchen design. I wanted to gut the kitchen and change the layout from a peninsula to an island. We went thru a number of iterations before I decided on a final design. I followed a lot of recommendations from Christos as he had so much experience in designing and building kitchens. While we waited for the semi-custom cabinets to come in, I ordered appliances and fixtures. From demolition to a minimally workable kitchen, it took 3 weeks. It would have been shorter except for a delay which was partly due to a faulty cast iron sink I ordered over the internet. After that, there was a very brief slow-down when Christos' fourth son was born. Well, that's understandably. I selected a backsplash after the kitchen counter top was installed. Unfortunately, the backsplash I selected took 8 weeks to arrive. In the interim, Christos painted the area so it didn't detract from the rest of the kitchen. Christos and Peter are expert in plumbing, electrical and carpentry work, as they learned the trades from their father, having worked for him for 20 years. Christos has been very responsive in making any changes I've needed. Their work is precise and professional. My kitchen is really beautiful, the cabinets are high quality and I am very pleased with the entire project.
