The team doing this job of removing a bird from our chimney and adding screening to our two chimneys did a very good job. They were very friendly and solved the problem quickly.

The two men that arrived at our home were very professional and courteous. They quickly identified the problem and resolved it. A bird was removed from the chimney. They also placed screening on two chimneys.

Performed cleaning. Did not move forward with repair and lining at that time. Would like to get more quotes.

We are so pleased to have use of our fireplace again without worrying anymore about smoke migrating to the basement fireplace. German assessed the situation and installed a liner, new damper and sealed the caps on both fireplaces. He also noticed an issue with our water heater flue and installed a new liner and improved the venting situation in the basement. All this, for less than others quoted for just the main fireplace! And done on time, with thorough clean up, and before the holidays too! You are making the right choice if you choose GPR.

I had chimney repairs completed by GPR. They provided a complete estimate for the work including photos of the problems. They coordinated their work with the roofer that I was working with. They completed the work exactly as promised. They also made sure the area was completely cleaned before they left. I highly recommend using GPR for any of your needs.

GPR removed our entire brick chimney and replaced it with metal gas vent, saving us lots of valuable floor space. They worked hard to keep on schedule, and were very good about keeping the site clean while they worked. Iâ d hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had our chimney rebuilt from the inside out. What impressed me enough to hire German was that he did not cut corners or leave anything out when giving us a quote. We compared his estimate to our inspection report from when we purchased the home and he was 100% in line. We always get 3 or 4 quotes before hiring a professional. One company wanted us to pay them to even come out and look at the job. He is incredibly professional, painstakingly precise and the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. We LOVE our new fireplace and can hardly wait to light our first fire. Definitely consider, then hire GPR!

The work performed was the installation of a stainless steel flu liner to exhaust the combustion gasses from my gas hot water heater. German and Alex overcame all of the problems they encountered while installing the new flu liner. They were very accommodating and handled all of my questions and requests. They wore shoe booties when in my home. They left the work area as clean as the area was when they started the job. From the top of the chimney to the hot water heater connection I am very satisfied with the work they did on the installation of the new flu liner. Great professional team.

We had a great experience with GPR Chimney Restoration. He was very experienced and provided excellent service.

German responded to my inquiry immediately and showed up on time as promised. He did a thorough review of my leaking chimney and found that it was also not venting properly. He quoted the exact same scope as another big-name company that came the next day and their price was nearly double. GPR did a thorough and fast replacement of my entire chimney liner and cap in half a day (1 story home with attic, complete flue replacement to basement, replacement of vents from HWH and furnace, all stainless steel and UL-listed components). Trustworthy, responsive, and professional.

Communication was Excellent. When the company said they would follow-up, they did. When they said they would be there on a a certain date, they were. They cleaned up and did a great job. He took pictures of everything and explained what needed to be done and why. I did not have to chase this company to do the work. The weather was bad and could not be done at the time of the initial appointment. I was told that when the weather broke that they would reach out to complete the work. They did. I did not have to chase them. Excellent company to do business with.
