My husband and I recently purchased a house and worked with Floor Coverings International to install new carpeting in the bedrooms. The owners, Mike and Norma, were so accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process! Marcos and his crew came out to complete the installation and did an amazing job! I would seriously consider another company. I have been going back and forth with this company for more than a year after the initial installation. The Vinyl flooring is a very poor quality. They have replaced in full once and tried to get out of it the first time by blaming the moisture content of the concrete. After arguing with them about it they finally agreed to replace the floor. I had to remove all of the furniture a second time in order for this process to happen again. The funniest part of this is I purchased Water Proof Vinyl flooring for the basement in case of water. The company they purchase from is Shaw Industries Inc. who is looking for any possible reason to not cover their terrible product.

They were easy to work with and eager to please. I wanted marmoleum, because it is more earth friendly. The product for part of the work was defective. The installer caught it and it had to be reordered. Project to be finished in time for my party on the 18th.

I've used them TWICE now as we've done our home in sections. BOTH times the crew was on time, neat, courteous and professional. They even explained why not to do something and showed us what's "normal." in a few areas. Those areas turned out way better than our vision. I will always recommend these guys & gals and will certainly use them again. The price was excellent as well.

The team that refinished 3 bedroom floors was hard working, clean and knowledgeable. They worked for almost 12 hours. Floors were from 1940 and the finished product is beautiful.

Lots of mistakes were made when the floor was first installed. But i was very impressed by the customer service and follow through to correct the problem. They literally needed to take out the first floor and start over. It was all a little frustrating, but they acted with much integrity and ate the cost to replace to the floor. The new installation, a pre-stained hard wood floor, looks great.

Kirke and all at FCI were attentive, patient, available, and helpful throughout this entire process. We chose a beautiful pattern for a runner that was tricky to install on our staircase, but Kirke and the masterful installer knocked it out of the park. We love it and will be doing more projects with these folks!

Kirke was an absolute pro and made the whole process of replacing my carpet a breeze. He was also very responsive and extremely fast in all communications, which is often a challenge in home repair. I would absolutely recommend this company for carpet replacement or repair. Five stars is an understatement.
