Dan is so nice and loves cleaning carpets; he's been at it for 20 years. He's trustworthy; I had to leave him alone the entire time to take a sick child to the doctor. The spots that I called to his attention were gone when I returned. The place was vacuumed, smelled clean, and a nice note with the bill was on the counter. Better yet, the family could walk on the areas immediately. Until someone tells me that the dry cleaning method is a farce, then I'll continue to use Dan. It sure beats waiting 36 hours for carpet to completely dry.

Spent nearly five hours working on every piece of carpeting in the house. Absolutely, totally professional! Carpeting looks fantastic and dry treatment definitely blows away all other methods. Have already recommended to several friends and will continue to do so. Couldn't be happier with every facet of work performed and you can't beat the price!

I've worked with Dan now for about 7 years. His Dri-Tech carpet cleaning method is superior to any other I've ever seen, getting out even the most "hopeless" pet stains. Dan arrives on time, takes care of business, and is more than fair with his pricing. He is a real prince, accommodating last minute requests, leaving a bill if I'm not going to be home, etc. I've gotten to the point where I leave the door open for Dan with full confidence that nothing will be broken or taken in my absence. To give you an idea of the kind of person Dan is, I want to tell you about what happened the day I lost my Husky/Shelty mix. I woke to find bloody diarrhea throughout the downstairs. Dan showed up for a pre-scheduled appointment as we were leaving to take Trouble to the vet, where she died. When we returned home, the carpet was spotless and Dan would take no payment, he said we'd been through enough. This man is wonderful, compassionate, a true professional, and a valued service provider.
