I attempted to replace my kitchen sink faucet. myself I purchased the replacement faucet at HD. While I've done this kind of job in the past, this was more difficult. After blowing the better part of a day, I packed it in and called Jack. I should have called him in the first place. It's worth having a pro with the experience and right tools to do the job.

Excellent: D'Andrea is the plumber we always call. The hot water heater in our crawlspace needed to be replaced. He managed to find the shorter-type that we needed in our crawl and installed it quickly. He is responsive, courteous, communicates well, and punctual. Over the last few years, he has also removed an old vanity, installed a new vanity/sink/plumbing/shutoff; fixed our upstairs sink/bath drain pipe problems; rodded a bathtub; and repaired our hot water heater in the crawl after a flood. All the work was done at a very reasonable price. He won't travel long distances from Lombard, so be aware of that.

I left a phone message with Jack who returned my call the next day. During that call, he asked if I'd be home after 10:30 a.m. that same day. I said I would be. He arrived around 11:00 a.m. Jack did the work efficiently, answered my questions clearly, left the bathroom clean, and was polite throughout his stay. I am very satisfied with his work and professional attitude.

The entire work effort was excellent. He cleaned up the work area very well. The total time was about 75 minutes. I had used Jack's services before and was not surprised with his good work.

He is excellent. He is reasonable. He is easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable. Anything good, that s him. I highly recommend him. You wont make a mistake if you go with him.
