Description of Work: The Card I have says Cusom Carpet Wholesalers but has the same phone number and address as Custom Appliance Wholesalers. This company put down carpet for me because my general contractor, Sterling Buiders, used them. They brought out carpet samples. I told them that I did not want to see any that were loop because of pets whose nails can catch in loops. I liked one that had two heights of carpet but questioned whether the shorter filaments were loops. I was assured they were not, that it was all cut pile---wrong. When they put the carpet down, they scraped the newly painted walls - everywhere. They tore a hole the size of a nickel in my naugahyde recliner and their only comment was Sorry. I called twice asking for someone to call me with an installation date. No one ever did but they arrived one morning unannounced to lay the carpet. Very unprofessional

 + -1 moreI had had trouble finding someone who would replace my wall air conditioner, and am so glad I found Custom Appliance. They were everything I could have asked for - courteous, professional, responsive to my questions, scheduled an installation right away, and did a great job on the installation. They were able to get the (high end) air conditioner I wanted in stock the next day.

 + -1 moreI had a pretty positive experience. The only problem was that I had asked ahead of time whether they could get me the cook-top I wanted, which had been discontinued. They said they could. But when I got the delivery, it was a different, and less expensive, model. They should have checked the product they got instead of making me figure it out. But when I brought it to their attention, they looked everywhere and finally found the model I wanted.
Description of Work: I bought a cook-top, oven, and refrigerator.
