Casey and Jason were great! had them out last fall when my furnace stopped working the system was almost 30 years old Casey said it was time for a new one showed me exactly what was wrong with my furnace explained what my options were. we decided to replace the system there price was more that fair and they had it done that day. we also decided to replace the ac at the same time too as it was 30+ years old too. Casey explained that we don't have to do it right now to help break up the cost of replacing the whole system. so here we are now spring is here. it is supposed to 80 in a few days I called up Casey he remembered everything that we had discussed last year about price and was at my house the next day to install the AC. I wont ever call anyone else for any of my HVAC needs. they are a small family run business that actually cares about there customers. Top notch guys. Thank you Curtis Climate for being awesome!

They were good. There was only one person that came out and it took them about 30 minutes to complete the job.

Dave Curtis and his team installed a new air conditioning unit for us in May (which we were VERY happy with). We noticed last night (7/17/13) that the house was getting warm and there was ice on the outside unit even though its 80+ degrees outside. We called Dave in the morning and they came over within the hour. Luckily, nothing needed to be repaired. It was just a damper and airflow problem. Dave's son, Casey, walked around the house checking the airflow and taking time to explain everything to us. They are ALWAYS courteous and professional. I never have a problem getting a hold of them and completely trust they will be there to help us when things go wrong (which is important to us having two small children)! They always take the time to fully explain things and make us feel like we are their only customers, even though I'm sure they are very busy.
