We were on vacation while the painting was done. When we returned from vacation, both our garage doors were painted shut and wouldn't open. The single garage door actually buckled and the bracket broke. In addition, many of the window sills were not painted at all and those that were painted, were painted shut and VERY difficult to open. The front door wasn't painted at all, there was paint on our front stoop and door mat, and a lot of paint on the windows themselves. When I contacted the College Pro representative, he did come out promptly to paint, clean and otherwise "finish" the job. However, the broken garage door issue remained. I escalated the issue to College Pro "corporate". Their representative offered to replace the single garage door however, that door style is no longer made and we can't find a close enough match. We therefore need to replace both doors so they match, and to do so, we will have to pay $800 out of our pocket. College Pro continued to claim that their painters were not at fault and it was more likely that something had fallen against both doors and jammed them, which is what caused the door to buckle. Since we were not at home at the time, it would seem virtually impossible for this to have happened. College Pro did nothing to "support" their representative and he had to come up with the money out of pocket to replace the single garage door. This was an extremely disappointing, and expensive, experience.

When we first contacted this company to do a painting job we signed a contract for the price to be $2,500 and then when they came to do the job they said it would be $4,000. I was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend using them.
