It was great to be accommodated the week of Christmas without being a regular customer. Recovering from surgery I really needed some help. Erika accommodated me even though I was a new one-time customer. She sent Joanna who was fantastic. The house shined. I would definitely hire again.

FANTASTIC! This company is PROFESSIONAL, friendly, priced fair and we can TRUST them in our home. The owner Marta and her assistant Ericka returns calls immediately and always willing to work with our schedule. We've used Clean time for a year now and would not consider using any other cleaning service. High recommend this business!

The cleaning was great. The ladies who did the work went above and beyond my expectations.

I've used CleanTime for the last 3 years and always have positive experience with the clean staffs as well as the office staff. Ericka has always been very accommodating with any last minute changes that we need and has been prompt when I had reached out regarding any questions or schedule changes. Sofia has done an excellent job and she is super friendly and my kids love seeing her when she comes! I definitely would recommend CleanTime to anyone that is looking to have great professional cleaning service at a very reasonable price!

Their services are excellent- the cleaners are trustworthy and do an excellent job- Ericka who schedules the cleaning is very prompt and pleasant to work with.

Olga is our cleaning person, and she does a wonderful job. She is extremely friendly, caring and does a great job with cleaning the house. Erika does a great job scheduling too. And Marta contacts me right away if I have any concerns. Clean time is a great company. I have already recommended the company to a few friends, and would recommend them to more friends too!

The 2 ladies do a great job every time, very thorough.

Our new cleaner needs more instruction & guidance. She is not thorough -- especially with dusting. I should not have to check whether she has done her assigned work. Dusting baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, furniture, & table tops is not being done. She generally does an acceptable job in the kitchen, although her bathroom cleaning is substandard. This past week she did not wash the kitchen floor. Her results MUST improve. She also leaves well before the 3-hour time our previous Clean Time workers took.

Clean Time did an awesome job. I took a chance when i found them on the internet. Marta came out quoted the job and I was thrilled at how fantastic our office looked when I came to work this morning. I would HIGHLY recommend this company..

Some of the girls did a good job, others were training, but frustrated when I asked them to clean stuff they missed. The lady in the office was very responsive, but when things are busy or they can not take an appointment it was handled unprofessional and very curt. I would hire again if I could get a crew that was trained. Right now they keep saying they are not taking new clients. It's been months.

No problems did hust what we expected

At first glance, appeared nice. However, within days noticed that general cleaning was not completed (dust, floors). Understood all areas of home would not be covered. But these were main living areas (dust on built ins, visible dust on floor around furniture). Customer service was extremely responsive when a household item went missing and setting up my appt working around my schedule. Overall, would not rehire (and was looking to continue if services were good).

We had just a few mis-communications initially, but Marta and Ericka were swift in dealing with them!

They did an amazing job. She worked beyond what was expected, and very friendly. Will definitely use again in future.

So far so good. They are on time and they respond for feedback.

They were very rude. They just said they weren't going to provide service.
