Just love this Company... The owner is so incredibly considerate and efficient. We have dogs, teenagers and our house is a busy one. She matched us with a girl who we absolutely fell in love with. She's kind, wonderfully hard working and we could not be happier. She always goes the extra mile, my house is spotless and smells fresh and clean. I have recommended this company to several of my friends, they too are thrilled and we all look forward to the days our homes are cleaned.

I explained to Erica that I was having a party at my house, that I had a special time frame for them to do the work, and if they weren’t available, I would purchase the offer. They said they were available, gave me a time frame on when two people would be there. I told her that I would purchase the offer. She told me that I could just sign a contract and they would do it that way. I hadn’t heard that before, I got the contract and I signed it. It said I would have 2 cleaners, one between 8 and 8:30 and the other would arrive from 8:30 to 9. She asked for my credit card info on the form. I didn’t want to send that via unsecured email. She said I would pay cash when the workers arrived, that everyone pays cash the first time. I went ahead with the service. I got up early to wait for them to be at my house. I get a call at 8:45 that the first cleaner forgot to set her alarm and didn’t wake up, so she will be late, but the other cleaner is on her way. I had another appointment later in the afternoon based on the cleaning people. It was going to cut it close, but I wanted to be there while they were cleaning. Martha called me at 9:15 to let me know the one cleaner that was on her way couldn’t start her car, Erica would pick her up. I had been waiting since 8 am for the first cleaner to come and it’s now 9:20. I decided that I didn’t want anyone else and told them to forget it and that I was going to give them a review. She doesn't care if I give her a bad review because she said she's got all good reviews. Unreliable company.

It went very well. I don't think my house has ever been this clean. The cleaning ladies were very nice and very hard working. We will do this again.

They did an excellent job, I would rehire them again. Scheduling took a little longer than I would like but the actual work done was outstanding. I suspect the they have a lot of demand for their quality service which is why the scheduling took a little while.

Olga was on time and although she did not speak English, we had no problem communicating. She was very thorough and polite. Although she was informed she did not have to vacuum, she did it anyhow. Olga did an excellent job and I would definitely hire her again.

Cleaned every room two bedroom. installed my new shower curtain. made the bed with new Linens. dusting was great and even got the spider webs in corners of the walls.

I had used Clean Time for over a year and loved the lady who cleaned my house. Initially, they cleaned after buying a deal. That cleaner pulled all my shoes out of my closet to vacuum and then threw them back in a pile. Manager was pretty unresponsive when I complained. They were arranged specifically so I could step into them due to a severe back injury. I went ahead monthly cleanings and got a great lady. Never had a complaint. Unfortunately she quit. The replacement was way different. I got a call from the manager while I was at home demanding to know if I had had painting or work done in my house because of the "condition." When I asked for clarification, she said my house was so dirty the cleaner had to have her come see it herself. Cleaner was unable to stay the whole time which meant she didn't finish. But the manager "so kindly offered to finish the rest for free." I was so offended. I never in a million years expected to have a manager come out to inspect my home or call me at work. I had been having monthly cleanings with my previous cleaner and it was never a problem to get the whole house cleaned in an afternoon. I clean my house in between and don't live like pigs. Once again, manager didn't really get why it was a problem for me. I ended my relationship and found another company.

Did a great job. Very thorough. House looked brand new when finished. They were very professional. Would certainly use again for a deep cleaning.

Olga was extremely efficient!. My apartment never looks so good. Olga did not miss anything her eagle eye found cobwebs I did not see and even dusted off vents. Everything clean and shiny. I will have Olga back. This service is Awesome and a must for anyone.

I had a great experience, the cleaners always arrived on time and in case of any cancellations, i was always informed in advance. Clean time works well with email and have very good response times so all my questions/concerns were always easy to address.

Very professional company. Our scheduled person called in sick, but the manager called us right away and arranged to have 2 house cleaners clean for 2 hours. They did a very good job. We had a party the next day and the house looked great.

Actually I started through Angie's List with Clean Time. They've been very good; I'd give them an A in everything. The woman's name is Marta. They've been out several times. Price-wise, I haven't really compared them to anybody, but some things you get a comfort for. I'm not saying they're out of line, but I don't know. I would imagine they're competitive. I just hope they do right by me, and hope I do right by them by calling them back. It usually takes one person about four hours for just a regular cleaning, and then if they do a deep cleaning, it's usually two people. The workers are very good; otherwise, they wouldn't be back. If I've got to worry about you, you're not coming back and you're not coming into the house. Also, I have a friend who lives in their same area that usually for Christmas, as the Christmas gift, I get her a four hour cleaning and she's been happy with them also. It was fine. I just set it up and then I just put the check in an envelope and gave it to my friend to give it to them. I already knew what the price was.

We bought a new house and closed on a Friday only to walk in after the closing to food on the floors and counters and ants. The dust bunnies were huge! Our movers were coming that Sunday. I called Clean Time at 4:45pm on that Friday and the owner, Marta, and the executive assistant, Ericka, scrambled to find cleaners for me who could show up at 8:00am the next morning for a deep clean. They pulled it off! The ladies showed up when they said they would with all their supplies and worked extremely hard. I had 2 cleaners there for 5.5 hours and a third one showed up for the last couple hours. Marta also came at the beginning and the end to check in. I'm happy to say that by that afternoon we were finally excited to move into our new home! Everything was sparkling and they paid attention to the items I pointed out. I was so pleased I hired them them to do a move-out clean on our old place and will have them come back on an ongoing basis.

Very good. They were able to clean what I really wanted and cleaned it very good.

It went very well. Olga went through the house with me and we prioritized what she could get to in the time available. We were very happy with her work. We have started using them on a monthly basis.

Sara and Olga are outstanding! On time and didn't stop the entire 5 hours they were here. My house has never been this clean or smelled so fresh. Olga washed all of the interior windows! Sara is the "baseboard wizard" . They know how to clean for certain. Both were pleasant and cherry all day. I definitely recommend. Owner stopped over to make sure everything was going well. I am incredibly pleased.

Very well, a little disappointed with wood floor cleaning but this is nothing new, most cleaning companies have a difficult time with keeping my floors shiny.

Not well, there were areas that were totally missed, the two people who were cleaning seemed very disorganized and still learning.
