Description of Work: Clean Time performed general house cleaning. Their cleaning person (Basha) did an excellent job. She was thorough and left our house looking and feeling very clean. We look forward to Clean Time's continued service.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" of ten hours of deep cleaning. Clean Time's initial response was very prompt and scheduling the work to be done was quick and easy. They were late, but were great about calling me to first ask if that was okay and then keeping me informed. When they arrived they did apologize for the delay and proceeded to do the allotted time (plus a few minutes) and did an excellent job -- so good that I decided to hire their regular cleaning service. I am waiting for their regular cleaning. But based on the first contact, I would recommend them highly. There wasn't anything I felt was below expectations.

Description of Work: I expected my date of choice for cleaning to be confirmed by the 19th of September. I asked for the cleaning to be performed on Wednesday, Sept 24 in am or pm or on Thursday, Sept 25 am. It is now Tuesday the 23rd and Nothing has been confirmed. When I emailed them they told me they were working on the schedule and to please be patient. I am expecting out-of-town company on Friday so have had to clean myself as it is too late to find someone else to clean.

I liked that the owner first came to my house and walked through with me. This way, before the staff came out, we discussed the areas to clean and what I wanted done.

Description of Work: First, Marta came to my house to review it (before sending an employee). I really respected her professional attitude (and her concern for both her customers and her employees). Diana came promptly at the time plan. Since my kitchen really needed some extra attention, she was not able to do some of the "extra rooms" . I really appreciated that she described her plans (ahead of time) as she worked, to make sure that I was OK. I agreed with how she prioritized the areas to clean in my house and really appreciated her letting me know to make sure I agreed. The house looks great! |I would have no hesitation about using this service again.

Description of Work: Deep Clean included three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, basement. Tub and shower scrubbed, oven cleaned, floors vaccuum and mopped, dusting, garbage removed, etc. They worked non-stop for several hours and the house was clean and organized when they left.

Description of Work: My husband and I were looking for someone to come and do a monthly or biweekly cleaning (we chose biweekly and pay cash for a $5 discount), as we both work full time jobs and hate spending our weekends deep cleaning the house. We found Clean Time on Angie's List, and we are very happy! The owner, Marta, met with us and I was very impressed at how seriously she takes her employees, and it was obvious that she values them (that was very important to me). They clean thoroughly (our sink has never been that clean!), and I always look forward to the days I come home from work and everything is spotless!
