Description of Work: Olga talked on the phone a great deal when in my home. Of course, I would not mind her calling or receiving an important call; but she was just chatting and laughing. When I talked with her about it, she said that she could still work! Right, with one hand! I mentioned that if she were not talking on the phone she could have finished the house. The orange that fell under the kitchen table just before she arrived was still there when she left! She did not do the little den. I am 73 years old and can do my house in 4 hours. It is not dirty. She did not even have to do one of the two bathrooms!

Thank you for your review.Olga was on the phone with management for a couple of minutes, as our cleaners are instructed to call the office if they think they will not be ale to clean the whole house within the purchased time, so we can notify the customer and ask if they wish to purchase extra time. She worked the whole time she was speaking with us, but she still stayed 15 min longer free of charge to make up for any slower pace work that she could have possibly done. I am sorry she was not able to clean the whole house, but it was not possible to do a quality work and clean the whole house within 4 hours.

Description of Work: Purchased 4 hours of cleaning. Cleaning woman was very polite and loved playing with the dog and my toddler. Felt that a more could've been done in 4 hours, but this was my first time using a service like this, so didn't really know what to expect. Overall good job.

Description of Work: We contacted Clean Time about doing a thorough house cleaning. We had hardwood floors put in and there was dust everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms needed a good cleaning also. Two ladies showed up with everything needed to clean our house and worked for 5 hours. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. We are also using Clean Time on a weekly basis now. Marta came out on the first day to see that the ladies and us were on the same page. Great people.
