They came in and started the minute they got here. They were very accommodating and friendly. They asked if there was anything they could help me with once they had cleaned what I had asked. I was very pleased. They pulled up the cushions on the couch and saw that it needed cleaned, I was impressed they took the time to ask me if I wanted this done. I was so pleased with the work that they did! I would recommend them! Marta was a person to take responsibility for the experience, even if it was positive or negative!

The cleaning lady came for just one regular cleaning on Saturday and then on Wednesday of the week before the cleaning I received an email - no call - just an email - that the cleaning lady left for Poland and would not be available and there was no one else. I think that this is terrible service and was very disappointed that help could not be maintain or adequate notice provided. This service could not maintain a regular cleaning schedule.

It was suppose to be a deep cleaning for the price I paid, but it wasn't really a very good general cleaning .The ceiling fans were still dirty, the top of my wall unit wasn't cleaned, things were not moved to clean properly and in my bathroom dirt still in my tub. Above my shower and on the side I have a panel, some of the material came off while it was scrubbed.

Very well. Good attention to detail and no messes left behind.

Marta needs to hire more employees. She cannot schedule new appts. because of no help etc. All days are booked and it is hard for her to return your call.

This company was easy to work with. I have a short time frame I wanted to have someone come in and clean the entire house. I called on Thursday and they worked with me, calling me back and through Email. They were able to have someone at my house on Monday. She did a wonderful job. I will use this company again.

Everything was done perfectly. I couldnt ask for more and and they even cleand my laundry room.WOW

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were wonderful. The two ladies that came never stopped once. They took the plates off my walls, cleaned them and put them back on the walls. It was 10 hours of cleaning and the lady called and said because there was so much to do that they could quit at 5 hours or I could pay for an extra hour, which is what I did. I paid an additional $50 for the two of them. It was fine with me. My granddaughter came in about an hour after they left and said that she smelled a clean house. It was so good. I would recommend them to everybody. They cleaned the appliances. They took everything down from the walls and cleaned them. It was amazing to watch them because they never stopped. The price was very fair. They said they would be there at 8 and they were there a minute after. They were very professional. I would certainly use them again.

I needed the house to get cleaned within a 5 day period. They couldn't get to me in time and they advised that I get refunded.

It was great. My house was spotless when they left.

The provider sent a woman to clean my house for $80. Other than being a half hour late, Margaret (the woman they provided) was amazing! She did a stupendous job of cleaning my house and did things no other cleaning girl has ever done. She washed all my window sills, changed sheets, wiped down the walls, I was amazed. She was courteous and detailed oriented. She even brought her own vacuum cleaner. I am planning on using the service for once a month that's how pleased I was. The woman that runs the company is very good at answering emails immediately. She also responds afterward to see if one is pleased. I highly recommend this service.

The first time very good service. The second time was a deep cleaning with two ladies which I felt could have been better but I didn't complain because I didn't have to do it. The third time was a no show. The fourth time was just okay. The service got progressively worse over time. The owner will hand you a list of everything which is to be cleaned each time the cleaner is there. The list is never followed. I personally would rather have 4 rooms of my home cleaned thoroughly than 8 rooms cleaned shoddily.

the appointment was cancelled because the worker assigned had an personal emergency. I got the call at 7:52 am and they were due to arrive at 8am. I was frustrated and told the owner I was upset that I took time off to be at home for the cleaning and it was a no show. Then about 10 minutes the owner called back. She had another team that could do my home at 10am... They were late showed up about 10:30 but did an excellent job and I want them back. Bravo!!!

They scrubbed the bathroom floor, countertops, shower walls, bathtubs, entire ktichen, wiping inside and outside of appliances. Plus vacuuming and throwing the trash out. The job turned to be much bigger than they anticipated and they were professional enough to do the job and return for a 2nd trip in a couple of days to finish it. THANKS - will refer them to anyone.

Great job on a pet filled home. Wood floors looked like new. Worked the entire time and was very easy to talk to about how I wanted things done. I have hired them for bi-weeklty cleaning.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the results of our 4 hour cleaning. We took advantage of a "Big Deal" and will most likely use them again in the future for more regular cleanings. While it isn't the "cheapest" option, our home hasn't been this clean since we moved in. They were on time (early) and were very diligent in making the most of the four hours. I would definitely recommend Clean Time to friends/family in the future.

The two-person team Marta assigned to our home was on time, very thorough & careful, & completed the task in the assigned time period. Marta stopped by to check on the process & answer any questions my wife had. We were very pleased & have scheduled Clean Time for routine 2-week interval cleaning.

Overall, it went very well. Owner is very prompt, thorough & customer service oriented.The ladies worked very hard. In fact, the ladies worked so hard & long on the 2nd Floor-- had to move quickly to compete 1st floor by the end of day.

It went fine when the owner Marta came in and had them rewash my wood floors. Then a new person came alone yesterday, the floors were like sticky floors in a movie theatre.

The are extremely efficient and clean very well.

She came and was professional. She spend way too much time cleaning upstairs and I didn't feel that what she does was quality work. I do feel my money was wasted on this experience.

Excellent job on bathrooms and kitchen. Even cleaned the shelves in the fridge!!
