I love this company. Prompt, reliable, responsive and they do a great job!

We needed them to clean out a vacant rental property, and they said that they charge separately for that, classifying it as a "move-in/move-out" clean. They were very polite in their email communication.

We are currently using Clean Time for monthly cleanings of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. We have had 2 visits so far and plan on continuing the service indefinitely. Marta is very responsive to our needs and returns calls promptly. She seems to love her job and strives to please not only her clients. The cleaning is done by the same girl each month which I appreciate because I don't like a new person coming to clean my house every month. They also do not charge by the hour but leave only when the cleaning is completed. This company is very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable cleaning service that does and excellent job of cleaning.

GET A WRITTEN SITE ESTIMATE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH WORK or purchasing ANY Teaser coupons. Ms. Predko's, the owner, oral estimate and representations may not be what she intends to deliver on job day. Predko is professional, kind and polite but has a poor sense of time; running late to a DuPage County estate property address for which she was given detailed instructions, could be found using GPS or Google Maps, is clearly posted on the mailbox, driveway and home entrances. Predko called indicating she left late, came late, and was undoubtedly late to her next scheduled appointment at 6:00 p.m. in Palatine, IL. At the time of the site visit Predko orally quoted: $33.33 per./hr. for the first 3 hours and $30.00 per./hr. thereafter; The job was to be staffed with TWO people; and Predko's total $100.00 quoted rate was remarkably similar to the Teaser coupon rate at $25.00/hr. for four hours of work. Upon obtaining a written quote the job site staffing commitment changed from two people to one (which Predko believed could be accomplished in 3 hours). Additionally, I learned that Clean Time was not familiar with using the cleaning agent TSP. The job was performed by a third party and took TWO people 3.5 hours. I did not proceed with Clean Time due to: lack of familiarity with TSP, failure to properly staff the job, a less competitive hourly rate and inconvenient 8:00 a.m. start time.

Great! Marta cane and did a walk through my house and we talked about my concerns and expectations. Her crew came a week later and did a great job. My house is clean and bright and my allergies are under control. I've made arrangements for Clean Time to do my regular cleanings.

A deep clean was done for $249 and my house looked great. Then the charge was $90 every 2 weeks which was my $80 quote plus $10 to use their cleaning supplies. I had many companies give me quotes and they ranged from $65 to $75 every two weeks without charging extra for their supplies. I wasn't looking for the cheapest I was looking for the best. I guess I was expecting that at $90 my they would do more than what I do on a regular basis. Like the small details that I can't get to because I have two kids. They didnt move ANYTHING to clean. If I didn't put it on the bed, I expected to to be cleaned and moved to be cleaned under it. But that was't the case with that said, the owner was very responsive and caring. She definitely was willing to do anything to make sure I was a happy client. She was nice and professional. She even cleaned where her worker failed too. So I am sure she would have fixed the details, but I just don't have time to double check the housework being done.

It went great. Trinidad arrived on time and went to work right away. Went above and beyond to remove stains.

I am extremely disappointed with the results of our deep clean. At first glance everything seemed okay, but upon further inspection, I keep finding areas that were not cleaned or were cleaned improperly. The entryway/porch between the garage and kitchen was not touched; the laundry room was also not cleaned at all. The upstairs bath tub still had debris and hair in it. The stovetop in the kitchen is crusty and dirty. Everywhere I look, I find more dirt and grime in hidden areas- windowsills, closets, etc. I was not home for part of the cleaning and trusted Clean Time to do a good job, but it's looking like they may have taken advantage of my absence. When I was home, the girl was constantly on the phone while cleaning. In the interests of full disclosure, I will note that I was late to meet Clean Time at my house that morning, but they still cleaned for 8 full hours after I arrived. I will also note that the woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

Overall, it was a good experience. I'd consider using them again. I felt they did a good job on certain aspects of the cleaning: cleaned cabinets well, windows well - I guess the biggest areas of improvement would have been the bathrooms. One of the maids cleaned the downstairs bathroom and the floor still looks pretty dirty. They said it wasn't them it was the floor tile design but when I left I was able to get it cleaner when I scrubbed. I will say they did work from start to finish - though, at times it seemed like they could have worked a lot faster - in all honesty. For a move in cleaning, I was expecting a little more since I was paying more. II think the biggest disappointment was them not being able to get the outside patio/screened porch cleaned or the basement ( I think it was doable) but Marta, the owner was fair and wanted to provide a good experience so in good faith she knocked off $30 off the price. I think Marta handles her business well - that's the main reason why I'd consider using her again. I may just ask for different maids.

The cleaning woman was professional and detailed in her cleaning. She asked me where I wanted her to start and what rooms I wanted cleaned. My home is too big to get all cleaned in 4 hours so I was glad she asked. She cleaned upstairs first in the master bedroom/bathroom, guest room and boy's full bathroom. She moved downstairs and got the kitchen and main floor bath plus entry way. Everything was cleaned perfectly!

The cleaning went well and the two ladies that came were professional and very thorough. They were a couple hours late but once they got here, they worked consistently for 5 hours.

On first look, everything looked fine, however on closer inspection there were many areas that were not touched. For example my kitchen table has wrought iron trim...was thick with dust...coffee table in living room...found dust bunnies around the legs.

Very punctual - stayed the entire 5 hours (there were two cleaners). Did an extremely thorough job of cleaning - very, very meticulous in all that they did. The interior of the house has not looked this clean in a long time - even though I have other cleaning ladies come in to clean the house every two weeks.

They were excellent. The two women who did the cleaning arrived on time and got to work immediately, knowing exactly what to do and how to do it. They worked for the full period of time, and got our house cleaner than it has been in years. These women were very hard workers and stayed busy the entire time. Also, the owner of the business stopped by to check on how things were going and to drop off additional cleaning supplies. That was a nice touch. Hiring this company was one of the best decisions we've made in a long-time - they performed the services required without any hassle or problem.

Very knowledgeable about products to use. Careful to take care of home. They are a bit on the expensive side but if you don't want to take any risks, it is worth the price. Marta, the owner, will make sure that you don't have any issues.

The girl did a good job, but to only clean 2 bathrooms and dust and vacuum 4 bedrooms in 4 hours was a total waste if money. Notified owner.

I realized there was a lot to do so I e-mailed Clean Time twice and requested information on the cost of a regularly scheduled cleaning time. The first email was sent the following day and the 2nd one several days later. I have yet to hear from anyone. It is for this reason I would most likely not hire them again.

The service was pretty good and the ladies were friendly. The work was not as good as that done by my previous cleaners; they did not clean the blinds as I had asked (perhaps they forgot) and they missed a few spots on the floor. However, they did an amazing job on getting my oven perfectly clean and they vacuumed deeply and thoroughly. All in all, it was worth it for me to get the major things taken care of, but I was not completely wowed.

There are plenty of people who I don't have to beg to take my money so I'll pass.

Sofia did a great job. We had purchased the $80 coupon for 4 hours, I think?? The house needed a lot more than that, so she stayed to finish the job.

Did a great job on a really dirty house. Kitchens and bathrooms were cleaned well and ready for us to move in.
