A team of two come in bi-weekly to clean two floors of my home. They are FANTASTIC! They clean my house better than I would! Wiping walls, hand washing floors ; they even clean the crumb trays on the toaster. I get the same crew each time and they are polite and professional. Extremely good value.

Did a great job. We have subsequently hired them to come clean every other week.

Overall, Clean Time does a good job of cleaning. There were certain things each time that were left undone or partially done and I was a little disappointed about a couple of scheduling details.

I had 2 girls for 5 hours. They started upstairs and cleaned 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . On the first floor they cleaned a open staircase, living room,dining room, powder room, family room and an oversized kitchen.Everything was sparkling!! I would use them again!!!

They got back to me and said they could not honor the coupon within the time frame because they were too busy. They are offering something they cannot do.

They are fast and very reasonable. They don't leave anything out of place. I've never had anything broken. They leave everything organized. Every week it feels like a deep cleaning.

Clean Time did not confirm their appointments hence, causing us to reschedule. She could not meet my schedule which are Saturdays and week nights. Thank you.

First met with owner who is very very nice and professional. I requested a Bi-weekly service which was started with a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was done by a mother/daughter team. They were very polite and did a very good job (My house had gotten way out of control so they had a big job on their hands) I have had the first bi-weekly cleaning by another team of 2 young ladies and it was impeccable. I have tried to hire cleaning services on and off during the years and was very rarely pleased with the attention to detail. This was definitely not the case. I checked all of the spots that I am usually not happy with and couldn't find a thing that wasn't done well. I would highly recommend this agency.

The woman showed up on time and immediately got to work after I showed her around and explained which areas I wanted cleaned. My husband and I had somewhere to be, so we left her alone in the house, and wen we returned later that afternoon, we were amazed at how great the house looked. She even cleaned rooms that I hadn't asked for, and I assume it's because she had extra time and wanted to make sure we got the full 4 hours we paid for. My bathrooms have never looked better, and she even did my hardwood floors and kitchen appliances. I couldn't be happier with the service, and would absolutely use them again.

I don't have anything really bad to say about the service, but I don't have anything overwhelmingly good either. She was about 15 minutes late, and didn't seem to listen to what I wanted done. I was asking for floors and bathrooms, and if time, kitchen. She did a pretty good job on the bathrooms, but some of the floors didn't look like she got to everything. She also used the feather duster from what she used in the family room to then go over the kitchen countertops. That made me feel like I needed to reclean the countertops because of her. She did do what I asked in the time allotted, but not completely impressed with her work.

She was very nice, but she didn't clean the bathroom.

They were excellent. They made it out very fast.

Marta and her team were wonderful. I called last minute, in a panic, needing help to prepare for a party. Marta got me into the schedule and saved the day. While I was grateful for the accommodation, I was also a bit apprehensive - I had a service that had helped me with my house for 17 years- someone who had become a friend, and having someone new felt odd. Marta was very understanding about my situation, which I appreciated so much. Clean Time did such a thorough and meticulous job!! Every surface was addressed and it looked fabulous. Toward the end of the appointment, Marta came to my home to check on things and make sure that all went well. I asked her to give me a quote for future service. She was friendly, warm and very clear about costs and services offered. I will certainly call Clean Time again.

They did a very good job. I was extremely satisfied. When I purchased the deal it only allowed me to purchase one per household and this was not entirely clear with Angie's List. I had absolutely no issues with Clean Time. This particular person cleaned more thoroughly than other cleaners I've had.

After struggling for 2 weeks to confirm a date that worked out well for us (the customer), we were able to iron down a time. The cleaner came to our home at 8am and left before noon; after getting cleaning supplies in the house and going over quickly what needs attention...she started at 8:20am. So, 4 hours at our house didn't even occur. My wife was showing the lady which rooms to clean and what ones not too. My wife asked for the basement bathroom to be done and the cleaner said rudely "that likely won't happen, I'm here for 4 hours!" However, my wife pleaded and she said she would try and get to it. The cleaner started upstairs vacuuming etc.....then went to our main level and my wife went upstairs to give the lady space to do the job on hte first floor. Around 12:10pm, my wife went downstairs and noticed that the cleaning lady was no where to be found, car gone...hopefully nothing gone from our home ;) No communication, not even an "OK, i'm leaving now!"...nothing. Not a "would you like to get on a routine schedule?...nope nothing....just vanished in the wind.... My wife went to inspect everything and noticed that it was all basically a dusting and wipe-down job. Swiffer was used but no mopping or scubbing of ths shower took place. Yes, the house needed a cleaning and it required a lot of dusting...oh yeah, basement bathroom was not touched. Needless to say, we will not use this company again.... First impressions mean so much....not impressed at all! Very obvious they didn't want our business. AVOID THEM!!!

When communication with Clean Time, this companies communication was very bad and unclear. When dealing with customers this company is not very transparent and very unclear. We decided to end this deal.

It all went very well considering it was my first time meeting Trinda and we both seemed nervous. I explained what I would like done and she had no problem as a matter of fact she did more than I expected. Extremely clean rooms, floors and bathrooms. I couldn't have asked for more. My husband and I looked at each other after she left and we had a wonderful smile on our faces. Everything looked and smelled so clean I'm so happy I joined Angie's List,...I never would have found Clean Time. Sometimes it's difficult to fine a good match when looking for good cleaning people. We've learned the hard way many times over...Since we joined Angie's List....we have made many purchases for jobs we needed done around the house and never had a problem.

Marta, the company owner met with me promptly after my initial contact. After looking at my home an estimate was given and agreed upon. Shortly after that my cleaning service began. I have had Joanna here three times so far and she has done a fantastic job. She always arrives promptly and goes right to work. My home is sparkling when she leaves. The estimate was a bit more than I was anticipating because my home is a small ranch style. But I do have wood floors throughout which makes cleaning the floors a longer process. I'm very pleased with this service to date and would highly recommend them.

This is the 3rd company we have worked with and we've finally found our match. They are accommodating with schedule requests, reliable, thorough and truly treat your house like it was their own. I haven't had any concerns and look forward to coming home to a fresh smelling and very clean house. I appreciate that they do not rush through the cleaning to hurry to another house and always come at the exact same time. It helps me plan my day since I'm home on maternity leave currently. Pricing is fair and I'm fine with providing my own cleaning supplies. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased the $99 deal for 4 hours of house cleaning and was not disappointed. The home has never been cleaner. I would definitely recommend Clean Time.
