It was horrible a complete waste of time and the company lied to both Angie's List and to me. I called and asked if I could use this for a move in to a new house, the guy from Angie's List contacted the company and they said yes no problem. I bought the deal only to be told that no one called, which was later found out that the call was made. And that they did not service my area of Dupage county, when they have it listed that they serve all of Dupage county. Don't waste your time with this company they are a joke. Jennifer from Angie's list contacted me since when I called all of the phone call's are recorded. Prior to me purchasing the deal Angie's list DID contact them and asked about a move in and they stated that they would honor it. The response from Clean Time is a lie, Jennifer did confirm that Angies list contacted them and they did state they would do the work. Another lie was the time frame, we never spoke about when the cleaning would be done, they said they didn't cover my area, I live in Dupage county and they couldn't cover my area. I have Jennifer's contact info from Angie's list and will be more than happy to give that to anyone so they can see that Clean Time is lying

The two women that showed up were on time and did a very good and thorough job with the first floor, which includes the kitchen. It was almost too thorough! The 10 hour deal was definitely a great buy, but it's too bad that they couldn't get to the second floor at all.

I specfically requested to have the kitchen floor cleaned and the living room and dining room dusted and vacuumed. Instead she vacuumed the stairs and cleaned the kitchen counters and scrubbed the kitchen floor. I'm not sure what all she did in the kitchen, but it was more than scrub the floor. Because she did more in the kitchen than I requested, she didn't have time to dust and vacuum the living room and dining room.

She cleaned exactly what she said she would clean.

They were terrific. Did a great job and worked har to get a lot done.

I went to my son's to be there for the service person arriving at 9 a.m on May 28th. Claudia arrived on time in the driveway and unpacked equipment from the trunk of her car. I introduced myself and asked her name. She presented as mannerly and asked me to show her around the house. I immediately pointed out the specific areas she could ignore. Claudia used a mop for all the floors and I could not detect what products were used in the water. (English was somewhat of a challenge, so I made the decision not spend any time attempting to exchange data.) I did leave large bottles of vinegar in view for the hardwood floors, however they were not utilized. Also showed her the hall closet filled with cleaning supplies if needed. I was thinking that one person doing the work in the four hour allotment would be a race against time. I made the cognitive decision not to interrupt the pace. Incidentally I did not know it would be just one person until the day before, when I called Clean Time to be sure of the equipment issue. Because I needed to stay the four hours (son had to go to work), I quickly assessed it would be in the interest of the entire goal if I helped in the kitchen area, guest powder room and family room. My big concern was that time would be scarce and certain things would not get accomplished. In other words Claudia would need to leave and skirt around the family room areas. Yes indeed at the end of the four hours it evolved that this decision was a wise one. I would suggest two people would have been advisable given that it was a sizable home. Claudia's efforts rate an A and I did give her a generous tip because I valued the intensity of her work. The living and dining areas required merely mopping the floors. There is minimal furniture. My help did prove to be a good thing because the four hours would not have been enough time overall. The second floor required the vast amount of time! Those two bathroom areas required a significant amount of the most time. I need to mention that I am a senior citizen, approaching my seventy-eighth birthday and was not intending to clean that day.

The girl who came was named Anna. She did a wonderful job. She was on time, friendly and professional. She was on her hands an knees washing floors and they look great. She was very personable.

We were very happy with this service. The young lady who arrived was thorough and efficient. The house was sparkling when she left. This housecleaning was a present for my daughter to welcome home a new baby.

As before, they did a great job getting the house ready for guests. Highly recommend.

The two ladies sent were prompt. Started at 8:00am. Did a very good job cleaning overall. You should be clear up front your priority items. I was not as clear and they spent an excessive amount of time cleaning the refrigerator. Although I had them for 5 hours each (10 hours total). They ran out of time and didn't complete two bedrooms and two baths upstairs. Had I skipped the refrigerator, they would have had ample time to complete my priority items and I would have given them an A rating. This was my first time getting a thorough whole house cleaning, so maybe I was expecting more of a coordination of priorities.

Clean Time's people arrived on time and attacked the work starting where I requested. They worked very hard and the place looked great when they left.

The overall cleaning, especially the basement, was good. However, the floors were not optimized. The staff were professional. There was only one lady that came in and she was professional.

They showed up on time and did a decent job. I think they ran out of time and they asked to tack on time to cover additional work they didn't finish; I said no. The owner was supposed to come out and quote service and never did.

Arrived on time and brought all materials and equipment needed. Cleaned house - scrubbed and mopped bathrooms and kitchen, vacuumed and mopped floors, dusted furniture and blinds, took out the trash. Excellent work, I would hire again!

Marta, the owner, came out to meet me at a time convenient for me ... from the very first call it is all about the customer. She's incredibly, professional, personable and thorough. I got a quote for a deep clean and ongoing service. The deep clean could not have been any better and, although I have just started the ongoing service, I expect it to be the same. They are responsive, they followed-up to make sure I am satisfied and have a they great open line of communication. The paperwork they provide is very detailed so there aren't many "gray" areas. It fully explains what is available, what is to be done in each room and what the procedures are for any changes. I knew I needed help but was very uncomfortable with the thought of someone in my house ... I am completely comfortable with Clean Time.

I purchased a Big Deal. They were really good. We're going to use them for a regular cleaning service. We paid an extra $25 to have an appliance cleaned. I liked that the house looked clean. You could tell that they were here. They left stuff where they found it. They didn't move pictures. They did a good job. There wasn't anything I disliked. They were a little late.

She showed up about 30 minutes past the arrival window that was given, but got to work right away. I've never seen our bathroom and kitchen so clean before. She did an amazing job in every room she worked in. I would consider hiring this company again and would recommend to others

They are really good. I really like them. They are very thorough, efficient, and did a very good job. They came out pretty quickly after we purchased the first Big Deal. They came out when I wanted them to. They did what I asked them to do. They accommodated me completely. They were very good. There were no extra charges to the $225 Big Deal cost after they came out. I had no problems with them at all.

The woman from Clean Time arrived punctually and was very pleasant to work with. Although I expected there to be a reasonable amount of work to do, since this was the first time we'd had our house professionally cleaned since we'd moved in, I was surprised that she used about 3 of the 4 hours just cleaning our 2nd floor. The the Big Deal specified that it was not to be used for a deep clean, which I understood and did not expect, but it seemed like she did deep clean our bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms, resulting in not much time left for the rest of the house, which was ultimately left unfinished. The work she did, though, was very good and we were pleased. Unfortunately, we will not be using Clean Time in the future because their scheduled time slots are not convenient for us at this time.
